Red Mill Burgers is always a dependable go-to spot when you’re craving a classic, perfectly made burger. This place has earned its reputation for good reason — the burgers are consistently excellent, made with juicy, flavorful patties that taste fresh off the grill. Every bite has that perfect balance of smoky, savory beef and fresh toppings. The lettuce and tomatoes are always crisp, the cheese is perfectly melted, and the signature sauce ties everything together with just the right amount of tang.

The fries deserve their own shout-out — they’re some of the best around. Golden, crispy, and never greasy, they’re the ideal sidekick to any burger on the menu. You can tell they care about quality here; everything tastes freshly prepared, never rushed.

Service is another strong point. Even during a busy lunch rush, the guy at the register greeted everyone with a smile, took orders efficiently, and kept the line moving with calm professionalism. It’s the kind of friendly, hometown service that makes you want to come back again and again.

Whether you’re grabbing lunch with friends, picking up a quick dinner, or just treating yourself to some comfort food, Red Mill Burgers never disappoints. Great food, great people, and a Seattle favorite that continues to live up to the hype — every single time.

Love this place! The deliciousness is always consistent and the fries are cooked to crispness perfection! Order it with the tartar sauce. Highly recommend – summer is the best time because you can sit outside.

Still a solid spot for a burger, but they’ve gone down hill. The patties are super thin and lack some seasoning. But the fresh grilled chiles are nice and their fried options and shakes are great. Service is pretty slow and it tends to get crowded to plan for a wait.

Sam did a great job handling my order since it was my first trip there. I LOVE the deluxe burger and the food here is much better than In-N-Out Burger.

I had a wonderful meal! The bacon cheeseburger is memorable, … thick cut bacon, juicy burger and large! The unique battered onion rings are fabulous, and justifiably famous. The fresh-squeezed lemonade was the perfect beverage for the meal. Highly recommended when in Seattle!

I think their burgers are better than Kidd Valley. If you need to get a red meat fix this is definitely a place to go and have a good burger

Disappointed. The burger patty (pictured) was one of the thinnest I’ve eaten and yet it was raw in the middle and all the way around. I’ve had much better experiences at this location but the quality seems to have gone down significantly.
It wasn’t busy at all (no line and very few ppl in the restaurant) so I’m surprised in the lack of service. The staff was polite and refunded my money but considering the potential threat of food borne illness that can occur when eating raw meat (esp ground beef) I probably won’t be back.
Managers please continually educate your staff on proper food handling and cooking standards so that we, the public, don’t get sick! Nobody wants or deserves that.

Maybe I came on a bad day idk, or maybe I’m just use to food in the Bay Area. But this was disappointing. The only thing I enjoyed was the onion rings and the shake we got. Which is disappointing because I heard so many good things about their burgers.

Red Mill is undeniably a Seattle staple, but I have to admit—it’s not my **go-to** burger spot. The weekend crowds guarantee a long wait, so we killed some time with a drink next door.

When our food finally arrived, the **burger was a mixed bag**. The bread? **Dry and tough**, which was a letdown. Thankfully, the cheese and bacon **did some heavy lifting**, making the overall bite more enjoyable. While the price is reasonable for what you get, I’d argue there are better burgers out there.

Now, let’s talk **fries**. Perfectly crispy, beautifully cooked! Dip those fries into their signature tartar sauce and you’re all set!
