Nice little spot. My wife has eaten here for lunch and said the burgers and fries are really good. Today we decided to try their breakfast. I had the lemon ricotta french toast with strawberries and blueberries, and my Wife had the regular French toast. We added a side of crispy bacon.
Lemon ricotta french toast was really good, if you like those flavors. I enjoyed it, but ate the berries after the french toast. The bacon was good and crispy, not super thin. And the maple syrup added a nice flavor. We ordered a couple cappuccinos as well. Good flavor, but pretty small. The guy next to us had the brisket burrito, and that looked delicious. I will have to try that next time.

So worth the wait. Great location with lots of shoes and a TD across the street to pass the time while you wait to be seated. Quality tasty food, friendly and courteous staff. Even the customers are all so pleasant. I ordered the Famous Maples Breakfast Sandwich, was worth the mess. My BF had the Brisket Breakfast burrito, can see why it’s #1 on the menu and his mom had a customized Mexican omelette. Must try!

Really nice restaurant with a great menu. Staff was nice and portion sizes were nice. My favorite thing was being able to print my daughter’s pic on my chia tea latte! It was so cute. We came during the week and there was no wait but my friend came during the weekend once and said it was a 1.5hr wait. So my suggestion is to go on the weekday early morning to avoid long waits.

This restaurant is very conveniently located near Universal Studios. My whole family loved the ambience inside and the latte art was wonderful You can actually have them put any picture you have on your phone as the art on your late. Anna, our server, took excellent care of us! The menu is huge and very creative. There are lots of healthy options. One tip from some of my family members: if you’re not into lots of sauce, you may want to ask for your food items to be separated as what they got is very saucy. But everything was as advertised and we would definitely recommend this. The bathrooms are also very clean!

We enjoyed our experience today at Red Maple. Brian was the highlight of our experience. He was outstanding. Very accommodating, friendly and informative. Brian took the time to answer our questions being first timers. The food was delicious. The chilaquiles and breakfast brisket burrito were outstanding. The brisket was very flavorful. The cappuccino with Lebron’s face on it was great. The white chocolate mocha flavor was excellent. I would definitely return here again.

Let me start by saying that if you haven’t been to this establishment yet you are missing out! Everything and I mean everything from the food, the ambiance, the customer service and the drinks are more than deserving of the five star ratings they continuously receive. My family stopped in for breakfast and we were not disappointed. While there was a 20 minute wait it was well worth it. It’s one thing to have amazing food, but we also wanted to highlight our server Sabrina for being absolutely amazing at customer service. The service all around was top notch. We are looking forward to returning.

This is the second time going after a long while and honestly, should have come back sooner. Food was great definitely try the chilaquiles and papas con chorizo. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Place was quiet when we got there around 9am but started getting a little noisier once it started picking up. Not crazy noisy but the usual noise of different people having conversations. Will need to go back soon.

Great ambiance, food is really yummy. Service was excellent! We love Red Maple so much! Our 2nd time here with a bigger group! We got seated outside at the back which was perfect, it felt like we had a private space rented. Shoutout to Sabrina for the excellent service.

This restaurant is AMAZING! The moment we set foot into the restaurant we received a warm welcome from the staff. Service was phenomenal, food came out fast. Shout out to our server Emily for the food recommendations. Everything was delicious. Definitely coming back before we fly back home and next time we visit California.
