We stopped in on our way home ton Astoria. Sarah took great care of us. The scheduled bartender wasn’t there, so she was taking orders, serving food and making drinks. Throughout all of that, she remained friendly, cheerful, personable and proficient. She was attentive to our needs and both our cocktails were delicious. She can make our drinks any time. The food was great too. We had a disappointing trip so it was nice to have a good meal on the way home.
And to Sarah, thank you so much. Don’t forget the Columbia River Maritime Museum next time you’re in Astoria.

All the food we ordered was really good, everything came out tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. It wasn’t even busy, but the waiters seemed rushed the whole time. We had to call them over just to get more water, and when we were thinking about ordering dessert, they brought the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. After we finally got our dessert, they disappeared again and never checked back on us. Great food, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Arrived at 5:30PM on a Saturday and the lobby was packed. We made a reservation so we were seated immediately. It was a family atmosphere with many noisy children. Our waiter informed us that the kitchen was behind and the dinner may take up to an hour to be served. We really appreciated the honesty and letting us know it we wanted to leave. We stayed and the food took about 40 minutes. The server was great and the food and drinks were good. The portions were large. A nice evening.

Food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. It’s hard to find great customer service anymore. The lady with the red bandanna in her hair was amazing, she showed my son the live lobsters and made it a memorable experience. See you next time

Yesterday, 2/23/26 My Mom, two Aunts, Cousin and I ate at Red Lobster. We met at 1pm, and we sat near the door, with plenty of room for my Aunt who has mobility problems and has to use a sit and stroll walker so we wanted room so as not to crowd other people. It took awhile to get drinks, and then we ordered. the Mom ordered the 17.99 shrimp trio, and the rest of us ordered other lunch items. It took an HOUR for our food to come, and by then it was luke warm at best, I had the shrimp scampi with a side of broccoli, it looked good, but it was cold. We have been going to Red Lobster for years and this is the worst service we have ever had. Maybe they forgot us and the food just sat? We had to flag them down for more ice tea or coffee. They charge a hefty price and the food should be hot, and the drinks checked on and refilled. Disappointing. They usually do better.

Lobsters and shrimps are great. Steak, not so much. Corn and asparagus, avoid. The wait time for our waitress to take our order was minimal , but to serve food to our table, was a bit of wait, for like 30 minutes.

I ordered the shrimp scampi and stuffed mushrooms with crab topping. The stuffed mushrooms seemed more slathered than stuffed and I honestly don’t know if there was any crab topping. The scampi was okay, somewhat salty and the shrimp still had shells on some of them. Of you’re there for the pasta then this is the place for you. Service was wonderful. Not hovering yet attentive.

Ordered food to go, we were traveling home to Seattle from Portland.
Arrived perfectly timed to pick up the food.
The staff was nice to get requested butter for the biscuits luckily they were the best part of the dinner!
Sadly the lobster was over cooked, chewy.
The steak was bland, and tough. The mashed potatoes were the worst and uneatable. Threw those away.
Really not worth the price and wouldn’t buy food there again.

We ordered Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. Price on Yelp says it is ~$30 which was not the case. This was nearly ~$40.
Given that price tag, I felt the portion size was fairly small.
I have heard great things about the red lobster biscuits, but I wasn’t impressed. They tasted dry and plain!
I really like the way staff treated us, seated us quickly and the service was super fast! Even check-out experience was mostly automated (you are presented a tablet which you can use & pay by yourself), and I loved it!
