I had a wonderful lunch at Red Lobster and truly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, exactly as expected. The seafood was perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy lunch. Of course, the famous cheddar bay biscuits were a highlight—warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

I’ve had the same dish here for the past 3 years at this location for my date dinners, the first year the food was always seasoned well, towards the the last two years the flavors and effort diminished. Today hubby and I decided to try again for our day date. According to our wonderful waitress they just got a new chef Lance. The food looked and smelled amazing when it arrived I completely forgot to take a picture. I was in complete shock by the flavors in the first bite I almost didn’t want to eat anymore to savior the taste and prolong my meal. I’m so pleased with the friendly staff, also to mention one of the workers had just gotten off shift and was about to leave when he seen us waiting to be seated and offered to help while already clocked out. The effort the staff puts in with conversations and preparing a delicious meal is what we need more of in Salem. Thank you so much from all of the staff working today 09•26•2025 ❤️

Updated: love the $5 happy hour drinks including the classic margarita. And the weekday shrimp trio special was affordable and wonderful. Super happy with the new menu choices like crab legs and different crab and shrimp selections. Our server was amazing with our large party when we visited.

We had a ten percent promo code, so I took my smoking hot girlfriend in for a nice Friday dinner. They got us seated promptly and the staff were all very kind and quick. We had the fish and chips, chowder, crab queso, salmon New Orleans, and some cheddar biscuits. Everything came out very well. I really liked the fry on my fish and chips, and who can turn down some cheddar bay biscuit. Would recommend come trying out the place.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I did although not fluent in English, the male waiter was very kind and really made an effort to understand me. It was my son’s first visit to the U.S., and he had a wonderful time here. I am sorry, I forget the waiter name.

Management failed miserably on valentine’s day. We had a reservation for 5:30 and got seated at 6:20. Several customers went in front of us. We went to the bar to hang some time. That was a challenge. Got seated, got 1st set of drinks, and waited again. Then appetizers where delivered. Asked for more beverages and was told the bartenders were behind. Huh…Valentines day? Did you not schedule for this? It is now 7:05 and still have not seen our dinners. What a waste of time for this holiday. Management needs to be reviewed.

We had a lovely lunch today! Service was fantastic from being greeted and seated quickly to our wonderful server Roxy who was both attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our food and drinks and left comfortably full (and with leftovers!). The bacon wrapped scallops appetizer was SO good!!! It comes with a little salad with vinaigrette dressing. (I forgot to take a pic)

Everything was great! The Shrimpless special was a great deal! Came on a platter, wish I would have got it myself. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Service was good, I think the waiter did an excellent job, we wanted for nothing. The hostess’ were very pleasant as well. Definitely will go back!!

Went here for a birthday party with the check being over $1000. You would think the food would be worth the cost, nope. Got the seafood boil which is 50 bucks. The lobster tail I received was literally a quarter the size of other lobster tails ordered. When I told the server he was full of reasons why. The tail I had was two left sides so not even the same tail. In the future I will spend my money at Mcgraths. It may be more expensive sive but maybe I will get my money’s worth. Definitely won’t here.

Was seated right away, greeted by our server. Was very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, then a party of 15 or so were seated across from us. The party that was seated was very loud and inconsiderate to others around them. This has happened to us before. Very frustrating to try to enjoy a nice meal and hsve a party of that size seated in an area of smaller party’s. There were empty tables and booths that were in the area just before you turn the corner to go to where we were seated. Thought that we could have been moved to a quieter area.
