We always have such a fantastic time at this San Bruno Red Lobster. The food is cooked perfectly and the wait staff is nice and attentive. The Manager, Andrew, is so kind and friendly. He runs a tight ship. We come here for special occasions and memorable times. Love this place!

First time eating at Red Lobster and it didn’t disappoint. We were seated immediately and our server Will was absolutely wonderful. We ordered the Lobster Flatbread, Lobster and Shrimp Linguini and the Fish and Chips. Absolutely delicious, the Lobster Flatbread is definitely a must try! The strawberry lemonade and Boston Iced Tea Mango was soooo good but their Watermelon Lemonade is one of the best things I’ve ever had–I’d go back just for that!! Manger Andrew also came by to chat with us which added to the friendly atmosphere. The only unfortunate thing was that they discontinued the lobster mac and cheese which was what we came for but nonetheless, service was stellar (shout out to Will), food was good, drinks were amazing, especially the Watermelon Lemonade :DD

Went to this location on the evening of 8/22/25 and was seated immediately. This seems to be a larger location and with that being said it was a real delay on getting those cheddar biscuits while looking through the menu. My server was really nice and helpful. Food was fresh and hot but it did take a while to come out. I was unhappy I wasn’t able to enjoy my salad with biscuits as I’ve done for years due to the restaurant not being able to keep up with the biscuit demand. I still like this place and will continue to go and mainly because the really nice manager came to the table and was asking questions which was really cool and it shows he cares. My server did bring me some vanilla cream since it did take long to get food etc. The Purple Haze drink by Dre and Snoop is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

The last time I was at this Red Lobster was over a decade ago. I decided to come back for nostalgia reasons and to my surprise the food is much better now. I got the plate of lobster, salmon, and shrimp, and it was seasoned very well! Our server was very attentive and fast. The general manager was very personable and fun to talk to. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful lunch on 2/23/2026 at this Red Lobster restaurant. We are visiting from Michigan and were very happy to find this Red Lobster in California. We were surprised to see that the price was very reasonable and compatible with the Red Lobsters in Michigan. Our waitress was very nice and gave us excellent service. The manager stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with their service and restaurant which is a sign of a great manager. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a great time at Red Lobster! The restaurant is very close to the airport, only about 10 minutes away! So it was a convenient place to eat before our flight.

The manager personally served us and even showed us how to enjoy the crab legs! The food was good, and the staff made us feel welcome. We saw many families celebrating birthdays there, and the staff sang the birthday song right at the table.

If you’re looking for seafood and friendly service near SF airport, this is a simple and good choice.

I came here to try the new seafood boil that’s been on ads everywhere. It’s my first time back to Red Lobster in decades.

Seafood boil is popular in Bay Area but are almost always served by Vietnamese with fake Cajun sauce (it’s mostly garlicky) so I was looking forward to comparing Red Lobster sauce. There are three options and I chose the Cajun sauce (not the most popular which is roasted garlic) with extra spicy). Honestly it’s not super spicy but Cajun has never been that spicy for me but I do like the sauce from Red Lobster as it’s more authentic Cajun sauce. The seafood boil comes in a bag and it’s not super heavy/wet with sauce. The sausages are grilled separately so it’s not part of the bag which I wish it was. I like sausages but don’t think it’s worth the extra cost. The seafood boil itself is pretty delicious. I liked everything but I do wish they use bigger prawns or better yet use crawfish instead of shrimps. The lobster is cut into two halves and pretty good. The crab is snow crab which is not as good as king crab but then the price wouldn’t allow for king crab. The price is about $54 for the one with the crab + lobster.

Overall I think it’s a decent choice for seafood boil and I wouldn’t mind going back.

Service is fairly good for a chain restaurant and I’m surprised there are decent numbers of people having lunch. My suggestion is to buy the gift certificate from Costco if you want to save some $$. I don’t like that the suggested tips is post tax and the percentage is inflated but you can adjust yourself.

We came here on Mother’s day. We came just in time to avoid the crowd because after we ate, there was already a very long waiting line (probably wait for 1-2 hours since it was Mother’s Day lunch time). It was my first time to eat here so I was looking forward to our food.

We ordered the Lobster’s Lovers Dream, Macaroni and Cheese, Passion Fruit Margarita and Rootbeer. Overall, the food was great. The complimentary Cheddar Bay Biscuits was the best in everything we ate there. I liked the freshness of the crab, lobster and shrimp (although my husband said there are better crabs out there). The food leaned on the saltier side so I hope they lessen their use of salt.

I gave it 2 stars because of the long wait time: we were seated immediately but had to wait 15 minutes before someone took our order; another 45 minutes before our order arrived; and another 15 minutes before we got our bill. The servers were polite but I don’t know if they are understaffed, just inattentive to every customer, or just slow. Someone should always be overlooking the dining area because it seems that a waiter is assigned to a very large area or part of the restaurant that he needs to attend to a lot of tables.
