I have eaten here quite a few time without incident but today was totally different I am highly upset at this visit! And I haven’t posted previously about my experiences here at this location. I’m sorry for that but I can’t help it for today! Please if you are serving crab legs and you see that they are covered in black spots please do not put them on my plate or nobody else’s plate I’m posting pictures of what it looks like when you get the meat open it’s going to look sort of like that black spot on the outside disgusting it was a total waste on the whole cluster of crab legs that I decided to take home I wish I would ate those ones there so I could have got them taken back and if you’re cleaning them you would have taken that green poop looking sack off the top before you put it in the pot let alone on my plate! Same goes with a potato I shouldn’t have a potato that has rotted out spot all the way through the potato and the potato was cut in half so it had to have been seen at one point that it had turned bad with all that black stuff in the middle of the potato. And what is the deal with this biscuit ratio how you going to bring two people three biscuits that’s ridiculous either bring two biscuits or four. It was like pulling an arm and a leg to get the server to bring out some more biscuits!

I cannot say enough good things about RED LOBSTER RIVERSIDE! We have our annual Christmas party here every year and they always go way above and beyond. This year though, they went so far beyond it was almost unfathomable. First let me give a huge shout out to Manager, Glen Dyer. There are no words, and Corporate, if you’re listening, you have a gem on your hands with this one and when I say gem I mean give this guy a raise. I’ve worked in Customer Service for many years and this guy could write the book on how to treat people.
Glen, again I can’t say thank you enough. I’m sorry I took someone else’s word instead of going back directly to you. I know better. Thank you for working it out, and especially for being beyond gracious. We have a start on our Feeding America donations in our friend’s honor so far of 1,100 meals!
Also, another shout out to Stacy our Waitress. I had some late comers, and due to the weather, sickness, and unforeseen emergencies people were no shows.
She was incredible! Her attitude, professionalism, friendliness, great service, patience was a bright spot in what was a bit of an unknown stressful situation. I can’t say enough about how great she was. Glen, she’s leadership material.
I’m so grateful to you, thanks for making our day so great!!!

Our recent dinner at Red Lobster was exceptional, largely due to the top-tier service provided by our server, Tammy. Despite the restaurant being at peak capacity with a visible waitlist, Tammy operated with a level of grace and efficiency that you rarely see in a high-pressure environment.
She mastered the art of the check in anticipating our needs for refills and extra biscuits before we even had to ask. It was impressive to watch her manage a large section without ever losing her warm, welcoming demeanor. The food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly to our specifications, but it was Tammy’s genuine hospitality that transformed a standard meal into a memorable evening. We will definitely be requesting her section on our next visit!

First off they have the biggest lobster I’ve ever seen out front in the take! He’s over 20” long and puts the other lobsters to shame lol. We got the spendless shrimp trio. Everything was great! Cheddar biscuits were very fresh and Devine! The app was a challenge to connect with but an epic dinner for 2 for $40 bucks with a mountain of shrimp!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Tammy. The restaurant was extremely busy during our visit, yet Tammy handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and an impressive level of efficiency. Despite the high volume of guests, she never made us feel rushed or overlooked and always greeted us with a genuine smile.
Tammy was attentive from start to finish, checking in at just the right times, making sure our drinks were refilled, and ensuring our food came out exactly as ordered. It’s clear she truly cares about providing excellent customer service, and it showed in every interaction.
The food was exactly what we expect from Red Lobster fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
Overall, this visit really stood out because of Tammy’s outstanding service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, even during a very busy shift. If you’re dining at this location, we truly hope you get Tammy as your server—she’s a shining example of excellent hospitality and made our meal memorable. We will definitely be back!

Had a stay at Kaiser Permanente for the birth of our daughter. We were starving after our 48 hour stay and decided to stop at the Red Lobster across the street for something to eat. Tammy was our server and was so sweet and attentive. The food was delicious but she made the meal all the more memorable! The staff brought us a card and a plate celebrating the milestone. Thank you all so much, and thank you, Tammy!!
