My husband and I are full time pastors, parents of 4 children, and take care of both my elderly parents. We don’t get time just the two of us very often. So to come in last night and have a much needed date night was amazing, and then to be treated with such care and quality just took our evening over the top! We had an amazing waitress named Janet. We thought she had been doing her job for years with how experienced she was, all to find out it was her first night running solo! We soon discovered that her skills and success were stemming partly from an amazing manager who you could tell delighted in her job and staff. We couldn’t have been more blessed by our time at this establishment!! Thank you!

Awesome restaurant. Being a retired chef it’s hard to eat out. Something is always wrong with the food. I am so glad I tried Red Lobster the food and service was outstanding. Everything was hot and had flavor. The presentation was on the money too. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Tran was a great service. I only saw him like 2 times but the 2 times i did he was good and then I ask one of the o!ther servers to get my son items and he never came back. The food was great and fresh. I had a fabulous drink. And the lobster i had was cooked just right. I love the vibe and everyone that came by to make sure I was hood. One lady complemented that it was nice I was alone and I thought that was cool considering the fact that it seemed like no one was there. It was a great dinner alone

JESSICA was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! One of the BEST SERVERS WE’VE EVER HAD!!! Tonight was our 19th Wedding Anniversary and JESSICA was absolutely wonderful!!! From helping me narrow down the truly tough decision between the Admiral’s Feast and the Seafood Boil which had multiple options for flavors and she even brought out samples of the two flavors I was torn between. I decided on the Old Bay seasoning and parmesan vs Cajun butter and per her recommendation I went with the OLD BAY which did not disappoint….. The seafood boil was full of potatoes, corn, shrimp, crab legs, and Maine lobster and I added the spicy sausage as well….. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! My wife had the Lobster Duo with with two very nice sized Lobster tails which was also ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! Jessica went out of her way to help us celebrate our anniversary SO WE JUST WANTED TO TAKE THE TIME TO THANK JESSICA FOR SUCH A WONDERFULLY WARM DINING EXPERIENCE……It was truly one of the BEST MEALS WE’VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!

We enjoy Red Lobster in Reno NV a couple of times a year – most especially, it’s a family choice restaurant when we have a special occasion or celebration. But it’s become even more special because of one particular employee who always greets and treats us with VIP service, care consideration, warmth and respect. Leticia is an all-time, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ employee and always makes us feel like family when we arrive.

Such a wonderful establishment! The food was soooo good, ambience was amazing. Our server, Tori was a great presence. Her manager, Leticia added to that presence with an amicable attitude that felt very real and loving. They sung happy birthday for one of our favorite people!
