Ricky was an amazing server and took care of our party of six with two little one amazingly!! Made sure that the kids felt included with the seafood boils (which were AMAZING) and everyone was so nice friendly and we had an amazing time! The food was amazing, the staff were great and we were well taken care of! Highly recommend coming here! Even the kids popcorn shrimp and broccoli were amazing! Thank you for a great experience!

We came in to celebrate our 40th anniversary & got seated in Sherry’s section. She was attentive, informative, smiled, was efficient in her service. She brought me a bib to wear for the crab boil, she was right, it was very messy, lol. She made our night by making a beautiful dessert with our anniversary on it & a strawberry lobster….. she’s a great server. If you are ever in Prescott, AZ & eat at Red lobster ask for Sherry….you won’t be disappointed, I promise. I’m an old waitress myself & can spot the good ones a mile away….. we will request her everytime from now on. Thanks to her boss Deanne too…for running a good crew. You know your stuff !!

I had garlic shrimp scampi. My wife had the Cajun chicken Alfredo linguine. Both were Delicious! Our server Ricky was super attentive and helpful and did a great job. We will be back.

Went here to celebrate a birthday and enjoy the all you can eat shrimp feast. Got seated right away and got serviced as soon as we sat down.
Service was good, nice, and always made sure we had everything we needed.
Food was amazing and the drinks as well.
This was a nice experience as I haven’t eaten at a Red lobster in a very long time.

I went in with my brother the other day, we got greeted right away. Angie was her name I believe and she was so sweet, and complimented my blouse. She got my biscuits and my drink order right away. Even told us about the special of the day. We loved having her and talking to her as I headed out. Very attentive to our needs and above and beyond. Amazing service and an amazing host!

Came in last night and the manager Bryanna was amazing! Even with how busy it was, she made sure everyone was taken care of. You can really tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Our Server Ricky was absolutely amazing as well, everything went smoothly. Definitely a good experience!

I ordered the Shrimp your way. It was delicious, and the shrimp scampi, alfredo, and the crispy dragon shrimp were cooked well with the right texture. I appreciated the attentiveness of Brandon, the bartender who brought me water when I needed it in a prompt manner. However, I thought that the biscuits were brought out a little too slowly. They came out at the same time as the entrees.
The wait for my food was also remarkably quick, and I enjoyed that the cup of dark coffee was complimentary.
I also appreciated how clean the bathroom was and how it smelled, which was notable.

Our door dash order was over $100 dollars and it wasn’t even correct. Its really upsetting because we always tip well and expect to get what we paid for. The clam chowder it showed it the picture was nowhere near the amount I received. All the biscuits were smashed. No broccoli in my daughter’s fish order like we had ordered. The Brussel sprouts were in a sauce that was so over powering you could hardly eat them. And they put the potatoes in with the crab so the potatoes soaked up all the butter that was for the crab. Highly disappointed in this location and will not be returning anytime soon. If you want great service and food dont waste your time here, go to Angry Crab Shack.
