Taylor P. was an amazing server! She never once let our drinks go empty—we had refills before we even realized we needed them. She knew the menu extremely well, answered all of our questions, and was super friendly the entire time. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. We also absolutely loved the brownie sundae that was served—perfect way to end the meal. Outstanding service all around. We’ll definitely be back!

We come here very often for our date nights! My wife and I always experience great service and wonderful food! Management always goes around and makes sure everything is up to par. We have never had to wait for an unreasonable time. For a seat. For drinks. For appetizers or food! We always recommend coming here for some good food and attentive staff!

I had a surprisingly wonderful time at Red Lobster in Longmont, CO. I must preface this with 2 declarations:
1. I have never been to Red Lobster before
2. I have never eaten Lobster before.
So there I go, ordering the lobster, at Red Lobster. Our server, Jessi, was amazing, and really helped me choose a meal based on my excitement in trying something new. I forgot exactly what I ordered, but it was a lobster pasta type deal. It was unarguably a good dish, and worth the price, but as it turns out… I really don’t like lobster. Whoops! After a short discussion about the ethos of bringing it up to my server, I ended up sending the dish back. The manager even came out just to make sure nothing was amiss! Safe to say the way they came to make sure I was having a good time at the red lobster will not be forgotten. Jessi was so much fun to talk to, and our conversation about the metaphorical implications of shells was absolutely riveting. Thank you to Jessi, the management, and Walt (whoever that is) for creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for a lobster newbie like myself. I ended up getting the parmesan crusted chicken, and it’s delicious!

My server was Shane S. Excellent service, friendly and helpful, he was just spot on. The clam chowder was really good, the filet and main lobster tail delicious!!! The only thing I didn’t like was the Mac and cheese it was really dry didn’t eat it. The restaurant really nice and clean. I just gave 4 stars because of the Mac and cheese.

Our restaurant is consistently very good. Unfortunately, they raised prices 15-20% across the board. I was already priced out of the usual seafood mashups but went for daily specials. Now those are higher so will only go back for special occasions. I will be sure to take advantage of rewards in the app instead of losing them to expiration.

Have not eaten at this chain restaurant in over 20 years. Then I was reminded why. You can definitely get the same quality food, if not better, from Walmart. The prices are crazy for the quality of the food. One of the bag boils, the crab legs were very thin, mushy, and barely had any meat. The lobster tails were small, almost like a crayfish, and the shrimp were overcooked. Another plate of 4 different shrimp was mediocre at best. The sweet and spicy shrimp were not good. Definitely won’t be going back.

Good food, air conditioned restaurant perfect for an escape from the summer heat. Our waitress Kiana was very nice and attentive. Large portions. Good price for portions. Fried green beans were good. Manager is attentive and worked the floor, checking in with tables. Cleanly restaurant. Biscuits good as usual. Older crowd. Classic chain restaurant.

We have gone to this location several times. The staff is always very friendly and the service is excellent. Everyone ordered something different from appetizers to entrées and it all tasted amazing. Everything was spaced out well as far as getting the bread, the appetizers, salads, and entrées. It all was fresh and cooked to perfection. Not only did our server check in on us, but the manager did as well. It’s red lobster, so the prices are higher, but the quality and quantity of food is justified. We will definitely be returning as it is one of our favorite special dinner locations. I highly recommend it!
