FA Mel Z (Z Goddess)
Mid December 2025… As anyone who follows me on Google and social media, you know as I literally travel around the world as an active airline flight attendant I frequent this restraunt and all of it’s locations. With that said this specific location has got to be at the very bottom of my list if not on it at all. The food my husband and I ordered (which we recently had the exact same order excluding the boiled egg addition during an OKC visit mid December this yr. as our waiter last week informed us that it wasn’t an available option here in Wichita Falls) was not what we typically receive. We ordered our regular item which is the bowl of lobster bisque which was unfortunately wattery and luke warm. After the soup we then ordered the RL (house seasoned) Mariner Boil each for our entrées that is a recent, limited seasonal menu item that I first had a great experience in at a awesome restraunt and location in COU (Columbia, Missouri) during my first December 2025 4 day working flight sequence. The seasoning on our boil this time was not the RL (which is a combination of all the available seasonings). Now our waiter here was nice, and I appreciated him meeting a special request of mine which I repeated from the most recent OKC dine in visit as he informed me it has not been asked before. He wasn’t very accessible during our visit here, and instead of offering more cheddar biscuits and refills he would be sort of absent mentally and physically. But this review is solely based on the food that we received and just wasn’t up to par as it was previously at a different location. Now the location OKC had its own issues but you can get more information about that on that specific review. Remember I always keep it with no bias and go from my personal experience without influence of others please continue to enjoy my pictures and videos that I capture during my dining experiences while I travel around the world.

It took over 10 minutes for someone to come to the host stand to greet and sit us. After we were sat, our waitress greeted us promptly. She said the biscuits were coming soon but we’re finishing being baked. We waited a while after ordering and still no biscuits. I saw her bring out two tables biscuits but not ours. So I asked and we finally got some. She never refilled our drinks. Never came to check on us after the food was delivered. It took a good 15 minutes for her to notice we were finished and needed boxes. They weren’t busy at all. Two party’s but they were being handled by different servers, not her. Having been a server myself, there is no excuse for the poor service. It wasn’t anything crazy, but it’s very off putting for the restaurant.

Alexis went above and beyond. She was so incredibly kind and attentive. She asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and we happened to be here for our wedding anniversary. She prepared a beautiful ice cream sundae that said “happy anniversary” in chocolate syrup. It added a very special touch. We will be back.

Using my father’s profile: I had my 16th birthday here at Red Lobster with my dad. It had been by far the best dining experience I’ve ever had. So good that I’m actually leaving a written review for the first time.
The food was excellent. I ordered the seafood broil while my father ordered something we’re too much in a food coma to recall (the pasta down below). He was picking at it even when super full and said at least five times how good it was! I also surprised myself my eating the entire broil without any help. The butter on it was nothing short of delicious.
Meals aside, the most wonderful part of this experience was definitely the staff. They are all very friendly and funny people, as well as great with giving recommendations. This is no exception for our table’s waiter, Carlos, who never let the conversation get dull. Due to being seated by the kitchen, we could hear how he and the others brought light and fun into the restaurant from the singing that echoed amongst the clattering dishes. If that isn’t a telltale that the workers kept their environment wonderfully cheerful, I don’t know what else would be.
Near the end of our time, I was given a birthday Sunday (first image attached) and quick “happy birthday” song. The pun and strawberry lobster made me smile so big it nearly hurt my face. With the addition of a signed birthday card, I could’ve cried happy tears on the spot. It’s an understatement to say that I left feeling genuinely appreciated, with a full belly, and even fuller heart.
Thank you Red lobster and especially staff for this wonderfully sweet sixteen. I’ll be thinking about it for years to come.❤️

We had a bad experience with red lobsters pick up orders. Nothing was seasoned, had a loaded baked potato that was not cut or had any topping with it (picture provided) just a lazy attempt to get food out of the door and take our money. Shame on you red lobster

Sammy was our server today and she was absolutely amazing and professional! There was 7 of us and she handled us with ease and stayed on top of all of our needs. The food was wonderful also. Thank you Sammy for making my elderly clients Valentine’s Day special! We will see you again soon

Alexis was a very good server. Earned her tip. Issue with the Tito’s strawberry lemonade almost choked on a couple seeds but that was not Alexis’ fault. Just a concern for management.

Server was nice and polite. I guess when they aren’t busy, they don’t get in any hurry. Just seemed to take awhile to get food and waitresses to come back by. Also seemed to be a problem with greeter that we wanted a table instead of a booth. She had to go ask for permission to move us to a different section.
