Don’t come here, just don’t. The first indication that this was probably a bad idea; is when we pulled into the parking lot at 1:00 p.m. and we were the only customers! When we walked in it smelled like a dirty restaurant (If you know you know)….it was extremely hot & stuffy. I asked him if he could lower the air conditioner and he said that the heat was on, even though it was like 75 outside. We got the feast for two and it was hardly a feast. The portions were extremely small. My husband and I both got shrimp linguine and it was good, the shrimp was good but the portion was so small. My husband got a lobster and he said it was cooked okay but it was a very small piece! Maybe 1-2 ounces of meat. He got fries, I got a loaded baked potato, It was good but small. The waiter came to ask how the food was and at the time I said everything was fine…..I had not tried the crab yet. I was saving it for last. The crab was so fishy and not fresh at all!!!!! When you finally get the meat out it was about a pea-sized amount of shredded meat. My husband even tried it after I told him it was off and I couldn’t eat it…..he said it was pretty bad. I even tried it with some lemon / butter but nothing helped & I just didn’t want to keep eating it. So after we were done and he brought the check I told him I couldn’t eat the crab. All he said was sorry….I’m sure he is always hearing complaints. I wasn’t offered anything else….. I wasn’t compensated on the check. So basically it was $55, I had a small portion of linguine and a small baked potato, that’s all!! Definitely not worth it. This place is so overrated, overpriced and outdated. I wish we wouldn’t have come here. Not only will we not be at this location again but we will never go to another Red lobster again! I would advise you to just not come here. I think most of the town knows and that’s probably why we were the only customers there. Shut down already.

Also I didn’t even mention that when I came out of the bathroom, the staff were all gathered outside the bathroom door. Extremely awkward by the way. And all I could hear was someone talking about wiping their butt! So unprofessional.

The food here was excellent. The scallops were humongous and bigger than the size of a half-dollar. The crab was delicious and fresh, I loved the service and the waitress, and everything came out hot and fast. The biscuits could’ve been a tad more cheesy, but other than that; I wouldn’t change a thing; I especially love that you can now buy the biscuit mix at grocery stores. During my lunch, a piece of the cieling unexpectedly fell close to the waitress, and the first thing she did was make sure that I and my food were okay even though it was nowhere near me. This act of kindness was one of the best I’ve ever seen from a waitress caring about my safety. I definitely will be here again, if not for the food then for the people.

The food and service can both be very hit or miss here. They tend to have pretty high staff turnover it seems, so you have a good chance of getting a new server on any visit. Our last visit everything was absolutely fantastic. Arguably the best visit I’ve ever had to a Red Lobster.
Overall this location is a decent option for seafood, but it’s pretty standard as far as a casual chain eatery’s quality goes.

I like this restaurant it’s not as good as several local restaurants in New Orleans, La. Where the seafood is much fresher. Freshness does shine through. However this restaurant is pretty good.

My friend from Bethany came to stay for a few days & we went for lunch. Our meal took over 30 minutes to receive & we got there at 11:45.
The lobster was chewy & we were very disappointed ☹️ but the shrimp was excellent!
The service was on point!
I really had a craving for lobster that day too….
The prices are way too high for low grade food.

Great service and delicious food as always! Everything was hot and fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my waiter experience…all of my food was top notch and cooked to perfection! Highly recommend this restaurant

We have dined at this resturant and have walked away disappointed, BUT not this time. The service was very good and the food was hot and a nice portion ( took home doggie bag). The service from the server to the manager was above our expectations. We even received free dessert for our anniversary. The only down side is the prices are higher.

Our server, Justus, was absolutely amazing. He made sure we had a great experiance and went about and beyond to make our visit special. He was very attentive but did not pester or disturb us. I will definitely be a return customer even though i live an hour and a half away!
