The dining we experience was top-notch due to our superior hostess/server, Tasharae. She had an upbeat personality that showed throughout the meal. I ordered the Crab Carbonara; it was full of crab meat, bacon, tomatoes and linguine noodles. Those cheddar bay biscuits– “chef’s kiss” delicious! My lunch partner had the fish and chips which cooked to Golden brown perfection. The mango lemonade was sweet and tart, a good blend.

Our server was helpful with the menu, attentive, extremely busy but, that didn’t bother her, and was willing to joke around which was nice. So sad that it’s her last couple weeks there, super sweet woman. People could use more servers like her! I even observed her willing to take the time and help the team with their guests. Great Valentines meal overall ❤️

Very expensive restaurant to eat at, slow service with multiple mess ups by server. The restaurant had two other couples inside otherwise it was quiet and they had music playing in the background. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean and the employees super friendly to us!

The food quality is subpar and can tell it’s microwaved.

It is my sons birthday and he wanted red lobster but didnt get in from work until 9pm. Red lobster closes at 10 but we hurried and put the order in….Heaven took our order. She was so nice!!!! We ordered 100 bucks worth of food 45 mins b4 closing…not easy stuff either. Lobster/salmon/shrimp…appetizers all of it… when we showed up to pick it up it was ready…server showed us EVERY SINGLE ITEM…to ensure there was no issue….FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! even tho im sure we were the last order of the night!!! Thank u so much for making my sons birthday dinner so memorable.

Food was great and Isabella was awesome ! The manager Heaven is very sweet and knowledgeable! Been wanting to try the seafood boil and glad I did ! Please note I put my sauce on side that’s why my pic is not juicy just my preference! But next time juicy bag it is !

We went Friday night Feb 13 around 745pm. It was busy and we expected that. We sat at a booth in the bar area, so seated quickly. From there it was downhill, service was slow and poor, the food when it finally arrived was cold, but we ate it anyway. Even getting our check was a process. This was the second time we’d had a less than great experience so not likely we’ll return. Too bad, because a couple of years ago, it was a favorite spot of ours.

We had a disappointing experience with our server, Cody, during our visit. We arrived at approximately 7:05 PM, and Cody placed the coaster in front of me rather abruptly. We ordered the seafood boils, and I was given a broken plastic bib. As we began our meal, Cody left the bill on our table, which we noticed was not done at other tables. While my husband was still enjoying his snow crab legs, Cody returned to request payment, even though the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM and it was only 8:00 PM. So, my husband stop eating. It would be beneficial for the management to provide training to ensure that servers treat all customers with fairness and courtesy.

Isabella and Skarlett were wonderful servers for a group of ladies Thursday. We had a meeting in the private dining room. Service and food were great! We plan to schedule another meeting there as everyone was so pleased.
