The food was good, on par for Red Lobster. The lady seating is wouldn’t assist us in finding a better area to sit. The server brought the food in a timely manner but didn’t provide eating utensils. He had to leave and bring some back to the table. I had one bite of the coleslaw and the taste was very offso I didn’t enjoy it. About normal for a restaurant in this area. For the price and food quality 7 out of 10, service 4 out of 10.

Our server Bre was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, checked in on us and the food was fabulous. The manager, Hunter, even came by to check on us! He was respectful and made sure our experience was great!

I’d love to post a picture but I ate my food so fast! Let’s just say I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the food, the service and the atmosphere! The food was 10/10 everything cooked to perfection. My server was Brandi W. She was pretty busy with several large parties and I was a part of 1 but she did not disappoint. She was very attentive and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and needed for nothing even with her busy section. She even sent the manager, Cole to make sure I was ok and I was! I had to brag on her. So proud of this Red Lobster since people think food and service is poor in Pine Bluff! They made my “solo Monday date” completely worth it!

This is a update on my previous review. We went back, and the manager we so welcoming. We had a wonderful afternoon lunch. Just want to say thank you to Stanley and Brianna. You made us feel welcome and now I know why red lobster is a family favorite. The food was excellent and the cheesecake is the best.
Waited 20 min to be seated. After getting a table, I waited 10 min just to get a waiter. The waiter came bringing biscuits and taking the drink orders with the food. Got the drink order 15 minutes later. Then waited almost 2 hours for the food. Called the waitress to ask how far they are. Waitress came back saying that they were still going to make the order. So we asked for the bill and went home. So after a spesial surprise from my husband going to red lobster for the first time we were highly disappointed. And the sad part is that I don’t even think this review will bother them. First impression is really not good. And I don’t think we will go there again. So disappointed.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Maya our server was absolutely outstanding, friendly, and gave wonderful menu recommendations, overall made us feel welcome. We appreciate her and her bubbly personality! Definitely made our night! P.S. forgot to take photos of the food because it was just too good!!!!!

I had the Monday Special of Lobster, Shrimp Scampi with a side of linguine. Makya T. was a delight! She had great suggestions, kept my drink full, my cheddar bay biscuits were hot, and my meal was delicious.

The food was very good and fresh the evening we visited (Pine Bluff Red Lobster 12/3/25). We were seated quickly and our waiter was there immediately to get our appetizer and drink order. The waiter’s name was Hunter. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, never let our drinks run out and had a great manners. The service at this Red Lobster is usually good but this server went well above and beyond. He did a great job we will definitely dine here again very soon. He told us to be sure to ask for him when we return and we most definitely will. Good food and a great server!! Thank you Hunter for making our dining experience great!!

Our server was Brandi and she was genuinely friendly. She was able to get a slight change in the way my wife’s fish was cooked. Our water glasses were never empty and the food was very tasty. Trout and salmon.

We were seated quickly, by Danny, who was very nice. After we were seated, no one else acknowledged our presence for nearly 20 minutes. Waitstaff should be trained to acknowledge entry and seating of new customers — at least let them know they are seen.
We waited apprx 15-20 minutes, and then I had to ask for our waitress. She came, finally, and took our drink and appetizer order. Drinks arrived after about 15 minutes. Appetizer came about 40 minutes later, but we had to ask about it twice. Waitress didn’t come back to take our order, so after 20-25 minutes, we had to flag her down and tell her we were ready to order. Turns out, she was new, so her service, or lack thereof, could be inexperience or the result of poor training.
Food was slooowwww getting to the table… a bit over an hour. Upon watching for our waitress to ask for refills and such, we observed wait staff socializing with other patrons.

The server was great I wish I had gotten his name. We were pleasantly surprised with everything we got! It was all hot and fresh and flavorful! This is by far one of the best red lobsters Ive eaten at.
