I stopped in for a house salad and a box of biscuits. The bartender was kind and delightful. He sent me on my way with fresh biscuits. The restaurant was clean and had an ambient feel. Initially ordered the Lobster Bisque as an appetizer, it was as cold as a dog’s nose!!!… Had it changed for the Clam Chowder and it was acceptable… my server Jenna was very understanding and replacement came quick!
I ordered the Soy-Sesame Salmon Bowl… did not disappoint!… cooked perfect, the Sesame-Soy sauce on the Brussel Sprouts was great and the Rice Perfect!… I will easily recommend this dish!

Had a resent trip to Red Lobster on S West St, in Wichita. Jacob was my waiter, he did a great job with my order. Went out of his way to check on current items to see if what I ordered was available. He was so friendly, made sure My drinks were full. The Manager, Jerome, also checked on me and made sure I got a discount!! I encourage anyone in area to visit this location. They have great Happy hour drink and appetizers.

Place was LITERALLY empty. We were the ONLY table. Our waiter was amazing.. but prices have been hiked up so much that the quality was definitely lacking in comparison to old red lobster. We probably wont be back, sad because this used to be a good date night place for us. Just not worth the money anymore

Went for lunch. No fishy smell when you walk in. Prices are very reasonable. Quiet calm atmosphere. Jacob was our server and he’s the absolute best! (He was always one step ahead. Didn’t have to ask for anything. So good. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely no doubt that Ash is one of the best servers we’ve ever encountered. They along with manager Brandon made this an amazing time! Highly recommend. Food was delicious, lobster flatbread, mushrooms, three meal shrimp of coconut shrimp,scampi and shrimp linguine along with some awesome drinks. Under the purple sea and a watermelon margarita. Was in for lunch before I caught my flight back to BangCock- needed to eat something quick. Had my uncle with me and he had never sampled Red lobster’s seafood. He had the ultimate feast and it came out hot, and fresh. It was absolutely perfect! What a great time

What a great time! My family and I went to this (the West-side) Red Lobster the other night for dinner and had an A+ experience. Despite being extremely busy, the staff was pleasant and professional. We were seated AND served much more quickly than I could have ever expected, our server made us feel like we were the only ones there, and the food was absolutely perfect. The manager even found a moment to stop by our table and ask if our meal was going well. My wife and I were blown away! We couldn’t possibly speak highly enough of this Red Lobster. 10/10!
