Had dinner there during the Lobster Fest. The establishment is very short staff currently but our waitress was very nice. And she did the best she could to make our visit a pleasant one. The lobster dip was really good. We tried a margarita flight which was a nice change. Our main dish was good as well. The broccoli was a little over cooked.

I was greeted by a young lady with the BEST smile! She was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Turns out that her sister, Livvie, was my waitress and had the same infectious smile and personality. Both are a true blessing!
Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the food. I order a lobster combo meal that included a lobster tail, and a smaller lobster tail that was toothpicks to a scallop. What should have been a high end meal was nothing more than “cafeteria seafood”. It was all very bland with no taste or flavor. The crispy Brussels sprouts were marginal.
Honestly, Vivvie and her sister are what made me the happiest. They both deserve to be commended!

I normally enjoy the food at Red Lobster, but couldn’t today. Our cheddar biscuits were greasy. You see how the salad came out. I picked through and ended up with 1/4 of my salad. The waitress did ask if I’d like it replaced and I wasn’t charged for it, but really? I asked her to take the brown pieces back to whomever prepared it and ask them if they’d eat it. My grilled shrimp were a bit rubbery. The waitress was attentive, so she still received good tip. It’s gonna be a minute before I go back.

I loved the food it was actually amazing, it did take a minute for the food toto come out but other than that I loved it!
The only thing was the swap of servers, I think at a point we didn’t have a server for a minute because they were changing shifts, but I don’t think that this occurs often. Hopefully not it was my first time there. Everyone was welcoming and nice!

I recently went in as I was traveling through Topeka on my way to Lawrence. I stopped in and got a cold Blue Moon beer and a creamy lobster baked potato. The food was delicious and balanced out just right with the Blue Moon / orange slice. It was a Friday and early in the evening – just the perfect amount of patrons and atmosphere before the dinner rush. My server Heaven, was excellent. She was very attentive to my refills. She was also very knowledgeable on the menu and gave great suggestion based on what I was looking for. I highly recommend the restaurant for delicious food and great service. I will be back!

My husband and I decided to go there in Topeka with our large party of 10. Our server was beyond pleasant, 100% accurate with orders, and just an all around joy to deal with! She appeared well put together and spoke well as a server, knew all the right questions, and delivered the same. I believe her name was Olivia! What a blessing she is to your establishment! I hope she is still there on our next visit! DR

Fish with Mashed potatoes great, salmon, rice, Brussels sprouts delicious. Love the Mango lemonade. Waitress was the best, very pleasant. Glad she suggested dessert. Cheesecake with strawberries was out of this world. Thank you for a fun meal after my cousins MRI.

My girlfriend and I have never been to a red lobster before and we decided to give it a try. The food and the atmosphere was great but I want to point out the manager on duty named Alex. He came to the table prior to our serving greeting us and he made us feel very welcomed. We told him it was our first time and he made our experience special. You can sense the passion he has being part of the team and the desire he brings to the restaurant. He recommended all his favorite menu selections and cocktails. We will definitely be back soon and I will be asking for him. Thanks Alex for your hospitality

My husband wanted to go for steak and lobster for our 26th anniversary. We arrived at 5:30 on a Thursday night. We were seated right away in an area where the server only had 2 other tables to tend so I was optimistic we’d get great service. The waitress was friendly and quick to get our appetizer order and return with our drinks. Which was still within the happy hour time frame. She took our order for meals when she brought our drinks back and 3 biscuits. Not too long later the appetizers arrived but our meals didn’t arrive. Our waitress would come around and she kept telling us 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later -“5 more minutes”….. finally at 6:37 my husband had enough and asked for the manager. The manager made excuses too and told us “it’s getting plated now we can have it out here in just a minute”; “do you want us to box it up so you can take it to go?” My husband kept calm but firm and said no, we no longer want that food. We paid for our drinks and appetizers – (which the manager charged us full price for, he did not honor the happy hour prices), and left. $39.50 for 2 cocktails & 1 order of stuffed mushrooms. IF we ever visit another Red Lobster it won’t be that one.
Also – questionable music choice and volume. I looked around at the other customers and we’re all over 45, and they’re playing hip hop music pretty loud for a restaurant. People aren’t coming to a club, they are in your establishment because they want to relax and talk to the people they’re with over a good meal.

Our server Bethany was attentive and gave excellent recommendations. I ordered the grilled salmon, medium rare. It was cooked perfectly. Our drinks and food were delicious! We will be back. Highly recommend.
