This Red Lobster was a mixed bag. The Admiral Feast was not too oily, but the actual seafood inside the breading was dry. The shrimp skewers were juicy, but could have used more seasoning. The Lobster Pizza is an interesting combination and not something I think is worth ordering again. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts had a flavorful sauce, but were disappointing since a few of the sprouts were bitter. Lastly, our waitress was attentive and friendly.

One of my favorite restaurants in town. Food is as good as before. But it was unpleasant experience today, the manager Ari is very rude and unprofessional. Talk with the customer in this way “listen to me. I am talking with you….” She does not have any ability to deal the situation just makes it worse. She should be removed from the restaurant, or she will ruin the restaurant’s reputation. Another manager is much better. I don’t have her name. She was in a light golden sweater. She solves the problem reasonably and professionally.

This was a first-time experience for my family. Quality of the food was great! The most wonderful part was Fizz, our waiter! Fizz was delightful…., quite informative, just on top of it! Everything a waiter/waitress should be!

Our service was top rated. Waitress was on point with everything from start to finish all with a friendly smile! She earned All her tip! I called her manager over to let him know how great she was. I’m sorry can’t remember her name but big props to her. She said she Loves her job! I would come back again for her service alone! Food was great and hot. Slaw delicious! Shrimp and fish awesome!!

Usually go here first my birthday but after my last birthday here I’ll never be back. Waited for 30 min to be seated after told it would be 5 minute wait. Then wait 10 more minutes 4 the waiter to show went ahead and ordered food with drinks wait another 30 minutes not drink or food. Motherlaw had a sugar crash could get anyone to get a manger and had to show myself to get help some help and the mange complain to me.. never did get our meal ended up walking out. Don’t visit this location.

The manager Ted Lin is very rude and yells at customers… very inappropriate and I am disgusted with the behavior of the Red Lobster staff. Luckily the people at the table next to us defended us and told Ted he was in the wrong. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

We haven’t been to Red Lobster for a while so we thought we’d give it another try. It was really good food and hot as well. The waitress was so nice to us and very accommodating. We didn’t have to ask for drink refills or biscuits!! Fresh salads, cooked perfect shrimp, and lobster fettuccine was awesome. Glad we have it another try. Totally worth it!!
