We came in for my 60th birthday for the Shrimp Fest. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. The staff was kind, and our waitress made us feel at home and took care of all our dining needs. My wife and I have been married 36 years. The last time we came to Red Lobster was our 1st anniversary. We spent more money thane we could afford at the time and left hungry and went to McDonald’s for more food. The experience has a huge impact on return business. This staff exceeded our expectations. We will be back soon.

Hadn’t been to Red Lobster is a fat minute or two. Some much needed improvements have been made. The menu has had a dramatic change for the better, lots of nice new things on there. Coconut shrimp was extremely tasty. The service was awesome, and the staff all did a great job. The inside hasn’t really changed, it could use some refreshing. Overall it was good meal, and evening.

Went for endless shrimp with my husband. He has Walt’s fried shrimp and I have shrimp scampi. I ordered a loaded baked potato as my side and requested it be boxed up for a lunch the following day. They put the potato in a container and then had a separate container with mini containers of butter, sour cream, bacon bits, onions – really did great and it was yummy. Both dinners were good. His side was french fries which he requested well done, they weren’t really well done but they were still very good and plenty for us to split. Refills of shrimp were brought out very timely and they were hot each time. My scampi was very, very good. Waitress was attentive but didn’t hover. Dinner was very enjoyable and a great value.

The crab legs were good. The ranch dressing for my salad tasted sour and bottled… It was very thin. The steak had more gristle than I’d have liked. Our server was polite, but not overly attentive. We had to ask for drink refills and more rolls rather than them being offered. Overall not a bad experience, but the ladies restroom smelled like soiled diapers. Thankfully I didn’t use the facilities until after our meal, as the stench was very off-putting.

We love it here, my only complaints are that it was shift change and we waited 15 minutes for bread. Other than that the rolls are good, the crew is friendly and we enjoy it here.

Nice staff and not a long wait even for a Saturday evening. I got the create your own feast with shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp. Photos include the Seafarers platter entree and the spinach artichoke lobster dip. Everything was nicely cooked and we had another great visit.

Went to dinner on Sunday, the waitstaff advised us, “never come in on Sunday, not enough cooks.” The service was horrific, he kept advising of it being a Sunday, the table we sat and the other tables were filthy, have been to several other locations the service much better and yes it was even on a Sunday……We did see the manager walking around, not busy and never stopped to check on any patrons in our section…..
