Those string beans are the business!! I recommend u try. I ordered the lobster and shrimp tacos. Chocolate wave was my dessert.

I’ve been here 3 times this month. I like the endless shrimp deal. The first two times were very pleasant ( that’s where the five stars come from). The last time was not so pleasant, and sadly I was with my daughter so the experience was also noticed by her. There was no reason we should have been waiting as long as we were. There was a table of six that came in 10 minutes after us, and they received their drinks and food before we did. We waited 20 minutes just to get drinks. It was so upsetting to the point where I probably won’t come back to this location. The manager was very apologetic, but the server was not. She didn’t even acknowledge that she had did anything wrong. She was steady saying that the food was coming, but the food had been sitting a long time because it was cold ♀️ Again, I have been here two times prior , so I know everything was supposed to be hot. We came in right after the rush, so there was no issue with it being too busy. We had a server that didn’t know how to prioritize her time or be accountable for the lack there of. I would have been more understanding if she would have apologized. Sadly, I did not enjoy my experience the third time.

The food was good and fresh. Our server was great. I’m bummed I can’t remember his name. I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the very long wait time we had after being seated. We understand that staffing shortages are the problem. Keep doing the best you can.

We were promptly seated upon our arrival, our server came right away to gather our drink order and gave us a minute to decide on our menu order, the food came out super fast and piping hot. I was impressed with the service and quality of the food,it’s been a while since I ate at Red Lobster and I’ll be back.

Restaurant seems to be going downhill. The the biscuits were served hot and fresh however, our food was not, it was lukewarm a yes, simply warm. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and asked for the seasoning to come on the side so I could have a say in the spice level, my server didn’t bring out the seasoning and I had to wait about ten more minutes for her to bring it. By that point my pasta was very cold and I didn’t even want it anymore. The side of crab legs I ordered came out warm as well and became cold after five minutes. Nothing tasted good other than the biscuits and the service was just “okay”.

Terrible. We spent almost 3rs at this location. Because our server took forever on everything. Drinks, appetizers, salads, my dinner even came 25 min after the rest of my tables food. And she blamed the cooks. The table next to us sat for 45 min before she took that tables order. Guess that’s the cooks fault also.
