We had the best experience at the Fairview Heights, IL location. Our server, Dana, was amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and the desert was absolutely delicious. We hadn’t been to Red Lobster in a while, but after tonight, we will be back very soon.

We ordered a pick up order for my birthday, we paid for an extra 12 biscuits. We did not receive a single biscuit. The side salad and the dinner salad on a to go order are much smaller then in house, I wouldn’t recommend the extra cost if you’re order a pick up.
We ordered 2 ultimate feasts and a chicken meal. (And two kids meals) The steak in ultimate feast had no flavor but was cooked perfectly. The shrimps scampi didn’t have much flavor. All this to say, if you would like red lobster, a pick up order is NOT the way to go. This is our second time doing a pick up for a birthday, and it is the second order we have had an issue with. For sure dine in. It is always a good experience.

Dana’s service at Red Lobster was beyond great! The food came out fresh and hot, and she made sure our drinks never ran low. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made the experience truly enjoyable. I definitely will be coming back! The environment was welcoming ask for Dana!!

We ate at the Red Lobster in Fairview Heights, Illinois and had a great experience. Our waiter, Jason was fantastic! He was so good with my 5 year old grandson as he took the time to interact with him on his order. Our food was delicious! I enjoyed the crab queso and chips! I will be back. The managr on duty was Lexi. Lexi you have a wonderful staff and great food!

Jasmine and Angela provided excellent service. Jasmine was the hostess and prepared our area to our pleasure. They were warm and inviting. She was warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional, striking the perfect balance between being present and allowing us to enjoy our meal. Here’s the review:
First, they relocated some time ago, and that was a smart move. They have their own dedicated parking, and the building is larger. You have many more parking spaces to choose from, and the wait time is much shorter to be seated than at the previous location.
The service was awesome. The woman who took the reservation came and greeted us, wishing the hubby a happy birthday and us a happy anniversary.
We ordered the Salmon New Orleans with broccoli and backed potato, the flounder sandwich, but we asked them to blacken it instead of frying, and they were happy to help. Both dishes were flavorful and presented well on the plate.
To brink, we had the Under the Purple Sea cocktail as well as the Mango Lemonade. Both drinks were awesome. However, the Purple Sea cocktail had some eatable glitter in it that made us feel like a mermaid came to visit. It was magical 10/10, I recommend. It tastes like an adult lemonade.

As far as the atmosphere, they seated us at a table that looked clean until you sat down and it wasn’t. There was some residue left from a previous guest. It was very little, so easy to miss, but the table had not been properly cleaned.
Other than that, the place was delightful. We’ve been to this new location often, and tonight, we were gifted dinner here and went for our special night.

Andreea was amazing and provided great and friendly service. Food was delicious and hot. Had so much food and biscuits, it’s definitely worth the price.
On another note, the table next to us was incredibly rude and condescending to the waiter and manager. This was all because of their interpretation of a current special that was running and it sounded like the had an expectation of being able to do whatever food substituting they wanted. Staff handled this well and this couple was very out of line.

Yum yum yum, been a lot of places. Look at my tour guide scores. The server was awesome, attentive , and fast with our drinks. It felt good to buy my girl a nice dinner in a place we haven’t been together ever or seperately in years. Cheddar bay biscuits are so good I forgot how therapeutic they are!

We were seated immediately. All of the food was piping hot and delicious! The cheddar bay biscuits, were especially fluffy, garlicky, and very warm. We took advantage of the Tuesday crab leg special. When we told Dominique to complement the kitchen staff on the presentation of the crab legs and the loaded mashed potatoes, she replied that she prepared them!
Our server Dominique was very attentive and very personable. She was always observant as to what we needed next. We were fortunate to be seated at one of her tables. Maddy, the manager is “ hands on”! We were impressed that she checked on each and every table of guests. Dominique is very personable and professional.
