The food was delicious! The service was top tier. Russell was a great server who kept checking in on us and making sure we were good. He was very attentive to the details of our large party. The manager, Delonne, runs a great establishment here! He was very personable and engaging.

My favorite is the free refillable Cheddar Bay Biscuits—they’re so delicious, crispy on the outside and soft inside. I honestly can’t resist eating more, and the flavor is amazing. The Daily Deals are great, highly recommended! Super affordable and worth it. The Lunch Special is also fantastic—one appetizer or soup plus an entrée, and it’s more than enough to fill you up. If you want to add a side soup or salad, it’s only $3–4, which is such a good deal.
My top pick is the Sailor’s Platter—the portion is huge, with fries, fried shrimp, fried fish, and the garlic shrimp is especially flavorful. I always want just one more bite! It even comes with three different sauces. Such a perfect choice. Definitely recommended—I’m already planning to come back between Monday and Wednesday to try the Daily Deals again. And don’t miss the Happy Hour from 3–6 pm—also highly recommended!

Early evening stop during rush hour. I was today years old finding out that the endless shrimp promotion was cancelled and the reason the chain has filed bankruptcy. It wasn’t busy at all. Waited around 10 minutes to be seated. Another 10 minutes before Server tended to us. And 15 minutes more before we got the courtesy biscuits. Was interested in the seafood boil and was disappointed. A bag of shrimp, a few cut up sausage, a couple potatoes and a couple corn on the cob drenched in liquid. It smelled like it would be great – garlic butter, old bay seasoning, low level spice- it just didn’t pass the ‘taste test.’ The other dish was the shrimp Alfredo pasta. It was okay, the alfredo sauce for the win.

First time in red lobster in 8 years. I went to this location it’s close to my house and wow what a experience. Thought it would be busier then this it was 430pm we were sitted a server came asked what we wanted to drink and after 10 mins we got our drinks she thought someone else brought them. Then another 10 mins we were able to order when we got our food it wasnt what I expected for the piece I asked if this was someone else’s plate the portion was not great the server said that’s what they give. Then at other table a women was arguing with the server about her bill saying she was over charged.She asked to speak to the manager The server was so ignorant to the guest then she walks away talking about the lady then the bartender there cane and said he was the manager and that the server is right and shes wrong. Then after the lady leaves they both get together to talk about the lady. Seriously wow I will never go back to this location again so rude and ignorant. Food was nasty BTW see pictures

First our waiter Lucy was fantastic. You should request to be in her section if possible. Music and atmosphere was fantastic. It wasn’t too loud and they played some oldies. The food was great. We got the mariners boil. Great deal. Two lobster tails, crab claw, dozen shrimp, 2 corns, bunch of potatoes with Cajun butter. It was perfect amount of spice for about $55. Biscuits were perfect and Lucy brought me extras to go. Love Red Lobster and was happy to celebrate my birthday there.

The staff was nice and welcoming.. especially the hostess although it seemed like they were short staffed. The food was fresh and hot. The music covered a wide variety of genres. I ordered the Shrimp and sausage boil. Sausage on the side and a raspberry lemonade. My mom ordered a burger and baked potato. I was a bit disappointed with the boil as I had no expectations but the seasoning lacked and the cajun had no spice. I had to add salt. I would only order it again, if it was To Go. Therefore at home I can fix it up a bit. Next time, I’ll go to try the $5 drinks…but they must do better with the seasoning. My mom said the burger was excellent and seasoned good.

I had bad experiences with this place a few years back and decided to revisit today. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager and the bartender on a day where they had multiple no call no shows. These guys handled the situation professionally and with the highest degree of class. I could see Red lobster is turning things around with employees like this it comes as no surprise. My only complaint is that there were no prices on the cocktail menu that goes against you corporate Red lobster. Just wished I could give 10 stars for service. We shall return . Store # 0277 Chicago. Deonte and Lauren did me a solid.

Diamond was a fantastic server and was incredibly attentive and friendly, DeLonne greeted us at the door and was so sweet and had such a positive and warm energy. Definitely will be coming back!
