Food was served hot and delicious by Max who was also very attentive. As it was a weekday, the restaurant was pretty empty, therefore, I would suggest that the cleaning done around the patrons should be limited. All in all a good experience as we have not been here for over a year.

I stopped by Red Lobster because I’d been craving their famous biscuits, and I’m glad I did! The service was excellent. Our server, Shannon, was attentive without being overbearing, checking in just often enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Max was our server! I can’t say enough about his awesome personality, his care for the table, and he made our evening so wonderful, filled with laughter and fun. He was very attentive to not rushing our food And letting us enjoy an amazing evening. We will be back and I hope he’s our server again. I especially want to recognize Shannon, who made our entire experience exceptional. She was warm, smiling, engaging, and truly present with every guest in the restaurant. In just a few minutes, she sang Happy Birthday twice, had multiple tables smiling and laughing, and made everyone feel special. She went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were having a great time, and you could feel how much she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves.
In my industry, I’ve learned that the biggest mistake companies make is not telling their best employees how great they truly are. When that happens, you risk losing people you can’t replace. Shannon is one of those rare individuals — you can’t train what she has. She simply loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction.

We had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster! We ordered the sea boil and tried a couple of their holiday cocktails, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on and the drinks were festive and fun.
