Came in tonight for a double birthday celebration (mine and my mothers are a few weeks apart) our server Kary was polite and friendly and just excellent all around. The food is always good and so were the cocktails. Will need to come back more often.

We had a delightful Halloween Birthday celebration. We arrived and were seated right away. Our Hostess Reese was great and she even ran out in the rain to return my purse as we left. I was so focused on my large leftover bag, I forgot it. The atmosphere is nice without loud music or blaring T.V.s. Kari our waitress was wonderful helping us to make our meal choices. She was so attentive and food and drinks were perfect. The food came out hot and there were generous portions. We highly recommend Red Lobster in Maplewood for a lovely dinner and great service. Rachel H was an AWESOME server. We were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday and it was a difficult one for her as Dad passed away recently. Rachel took her time taking our order, especially so with Mom who has dementia. She checked back with us often to see if there was anything we needed and topped it all off with a special dessert. The entire meal was excellent and enjoyed by all 7 of us. Thank you Rachel and the behind-the-scenes staff!

We went on a Saturday night around 5:00pm. There was a shortage of kitchen staff and the wait staff and management were quick to keep us informed of delays in meals and were so apologetic. Unfortunately our seafood on two of the meals were cold when they arrived. The management comped us for the delayed meals. The communication was excellent despite the other issues. I commend them on their excellent customer service skills.

My partner and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day lunch at the Maplewood location. Our server, Brianna, was super sweet and friendly to us and made the experience extra special! The Surf and Turf meal was perfect to share and everything was absolutely delicious!

OMG I wish everyone in the world was great at their job as Rachel she is the best!!! It’s been so long I got A+++ service from anywhere especially how the world is now. I didn’t have to ask for a drink or extra napkins she was so on it I truly thought she could read my mind. She really made my day and I will definitely be back to visit her again.
