This afternoon my daughter and I enjoyed a delightful meal for her birthday. The atmosphere felt cozy and inviting as we were greeted with a warm smile.
Grilled Maine lobster, shrimp, snow crab & salmon were amongst the many tasty items aesthetically plated. My grilled Atlantic salmon finished with a brown butter sauce was tender and flavorful, and paired nicely with the crispy soy ginger brussels.
The signature cocktails were all tempting, however the Sugar Cookie Delight seasonal martini warmed my spirit with it’s holiday sprinkled rim and nostalgic blend of flavors.
Our server, Tommy, was polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful dining experience which made us feel like valued guests.
Thank you for the wonderful service today! My family and I look forward to dining at the Appleton Red Lobster again.

It’s been a minute since I was last at red lobster. The experience was as I remember it. The lobster was good. Shrimp was okay. The pasta and sauce good. The service never holds up to the price of Lobster. Slow to get drinks, slow to get appetizers and by the time the main course get here I’m not really hungry anymore.

I came to Red Lobster with my daughter and grandkids and had a wonderful experience! We were greeted by the manager Kevin as soon as entering the restraunt, he was so welcoming and checked in on a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Our server Tommy was very nice and attentive.
I had the Lobster, Salmon, and Shimp dinner and it was phenomenal!! 10/10 experience all around!

Great bisque, yummy broccoli, and surprisingly ‘bright’ lemon vinaigrette a companies the bacon wrapped scallops off the Starters menu…the stuffed mushrooms that we ‘crab-I-fied’ was the tastiest! Great light lunch after battling the crowds at the mall! Hubby liked his Crispy flounder sandwich! Wendy was great!

We had such a great time at Red Lobster thanks to Kevin and Wendy! The food was so good, everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The seafood boil was delicious, and even the biscuits were next level good. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve.
But the real stars of the night were Kevin and Wendy. Kevin, the manager, went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. He was so friendly, welcoming, and truly made us feel like VIPs. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and his team, he checked on us a few times just to make sure everything was perfect, and it was!
And Wendy was amazing! Super sweet, funny, and so on top of things the whole time. She made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking.
Between Kevin’s awesome leadership, Wendy’s amazing service, and the food being absolutely delicious, this Red Lobster deserves more than 5 stars. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the best experience with Wendy! I usually order the Ultimate Feast but asked Wendy about the new seafood boil and it didn’t disappoint! I got the Mariners Boil and it was perfect. We left full and happy and can’t wait to come back. I hope that they keep it on the menu!

During my time at red lobster in Appleton.I had the greatest experience all stemming from my waitress, Rachel. She treated me and my daughter as if we were celebrities. She always kept a huge smile on her face evert time she greeted us and our orders can out perfect. There was never a moment that I needed a drink because she was on it. Even my 4 year old said while we were eating, that was very nice. At that very moment. I said to myself, not many can get my daughter to say those words.l out of her mouth. We both loved our waitress and wish more would be like her.

Our family had an incredible experience tonight at Red Lobster on Casaloma drive. We gathered as a group of 8 for our sons 9th birthday. We were greeted at the door with big smiles and lobster facts for the kids from the very friendly host. Once seated we were met by a very charismatic, sweet and humorous waitress, Rachel, who went above and beyond our expectations. She made our family feel so at home and cared for during the entire experience. Our food was phenomenal. After the meal, the host brought out 2 lobsters for the kids to touch and hold, sharing even more intriguing facts about them.
Overall, we are blown away by the amount of passion, attentiveness, and hospitality shown to us during our visit. We will definitely be back very soon (even though we are out of town visitors.) We plan to recommend this location to all of our friends and family!

Came in for my birthday. Hailey (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was our waitress and she was super friendly. She also made me this super cute little happy birthday thing with a strawberry lobster (love that) and they signed a card for me as well. Super cute! Food was delicious as always!!
