At Red Lobster, we don’t just serve your seafood favorites—we serve an experience that makes you happy. That can’t-stop-smiling, pass-the-Cheddar Bay Biscuits kind of happy. We call it Reel Happiness. It’s the joy that comes when the lobster hits the table, the shrimp hits just right, and the butter’s perfect for double-dipping. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or just indulging on any given day, every visit feels like an occasion even if there isn’t one. So pull up a chair, grab a biscuit (or three). We’ve got seafood, smiles, and good vibes. Come experience Reel Happiness at your Eau Claire Red Lobster.

Went here for a family birthday dinner tonight. Been going here since the nineties (pretty sure). Food, drinks and service are always good. Some of the servers have been here for years which is nice. Tonight we brought our young kids that like to see the lobsters in the tank. A hostess went above and beyond by taking one of them out of the tank for the kids to touch. The actually taught them things about the lobster. She was great with our kids and made their night. Not sure if I should post her name but her employer should know she went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Waiter was AMAZING! Riah is the gem you hope to have as wait staff! Friendly, funny, knowledgeable! He made an out of state visit even more enjoyable!
Food was great, hot, and served in a timely manner. Atmosphere was nice and warm- inviting, and general conversation noise level was low.
Seafood boil is a must!

We went on Valentine’s, so I was sure it was going to be busy. We did have reservations (highly recommend) so we were able to walk right in while the lobby was full of people waiting for a table. Our server, Connie, was THE BEST! She was so warm and friendly. Connie was also great at her job, bringing drink refills before we were empty & checking on us multiple times. Will definitely be back, hopefully with Connie as our server!

When we arrived, the host barely acknowledged us. Did not greet us, no eye contact, simply asked, “How many?” A simple “Good afternoon” would’ve gone a long way. He showed us to our table and walked away. Our waitress was MUCH better. FRIENDLY INFORMATIVE AVAILABLE!! The food was good, and the portion size was adequate. My question would be- Why no Sunday lunch specials? We dine out a lot on Sunday’s after church, and most all have a lunch/breakfast special of some kind. With Red Lobster being expensive, we would’ve appreciated that. The portion size was great, and you never leave hungry!

Was told to go to pick up area to order to go. The bar/bartender is in this area. Was told by him that he had one more drink to make. That drink was sent back by the women who ordered it, she had some cucumber and orange allergy or something. Another female appeared (besides the waitress) and they went over the ingredients and determined the customer couldn’t have it. The waitress then went to tell the customer. Waitresses came back said the woman said she gets it all the time and with the strawberry? (I’m sure I misunderstood a fruit here or there somehow because that makes no sense) then the guy began to remake the drink for her. After getting tired of him shaking the drink I left. Now mind you I’ve been waiting several minutes now to say my order which would’ve taken 30 seconds to put in and would’ve taken a bit to make anyways. In this time I’ve heard 3 people and seen 2. I’ve heard this customers allergies, drink preferences, and a bottles ingredients list. Yet at no point did any of them take my order. They were all to busy with one women’s drink. The waitress could’ve walked over and taken my order. The women in the bar could’ve taken my order. The women could’ve made the drink and the bartender my order. And finally the bartender could’ve and should’ve taken my order before remaking the drink. I don’t have a problem with waiting, however I do have a problem with being the last priority. Both me and the women are paying for food there is no reason 3 people need to tend to one women’s drink. The fact that going back I would need to sit down and trick them to ordering my food to go just so I’m treated like a priority and my order is put through in a timely manner is ridiculous. First time I went was upsetting (serving sizes were pathetic). Second time after ordering a family sized portion I had a similar reaction which the employee rectified by adding a little more (very kind and smart it was literally rice) which made me leave there having a positive attitude on the business. This was the third time and not only did I walk away with a bad impression but also did so hungry.

Red Lobster has changed a lot in the last year. The food was absolutely delicious. The portions sizes were big and everything was the perfect temperature. Our service was great too! We are so satisfied with our experience! Can’t wait to come back again!

Me and my two adult children love seafood but we have to budget so we go to red lobster twice a year for our birthdays the last two times we have went we tell the waiters that we are celebrating a birthday they tell us the birthday person gets ice-cream (and we know that) we see the waiters celebrating birthdays with older gess and they get ice-cream but when it comes to us we get the check and that is it not celebrating or ice-cream it just makes us feel that we are not important and I feel that the restaurant favors 65 and older people only

The six of us were on our way to a fish trip in northern Minnesota and we stopped for the night at Eai Claire WI. and we had no doubt that we would have dinner at Red Lobster. We love the great atmosphere and friendly people working hard at the restaurant. A girl named Ceara was waiting on us. She was friendly, polite and very eager to serve us. She was great! We love Red Lobster! You are the Best!

This was my moms favorite restaurant when she was alive. Yearly, on her anniversary we go out for her to Red Lobster. Connie, who previously has been our waitress and getting her this time really made me want to write this.
Connie was kind, she took her time to make sure things arrived as we needed and went out of her way to make us happy. Connie was having a rough day and she didn’t know that we were having our own day. Together we all made eachother smile and feel better.
Be kind to Connie. She is a wonderful person!
