It was my anniversary and my wife and I decided that Red lobster was going to be the spot we were going to celebrate. I took part in the crab fest. And my wife had shrimp. We felt everything was good and it’s been a long time since we’ve been there. I don’t know if it was the rich foods or the how much salt that’s in seafood. It didn’t exactly agree with me.

Monday All you can eat shrimp with ‘Michelle’ as our Server. It couldn’t be better!! Michelle is the best and most efficient Server l’ve ever known one to be. She doesn’t miss a trick. Her personality and attentiveness to her guests is superior!! Her memory for orders is magical. Food is always hot, good portions and great atmosphere. We love it!!

I did not have a meal here but I do have something to say. I had a meeting around 5:00, and my stomach started to growl when I was driving from Appleton to Green Bay so I decided that I needed to get a snack to hold me over so my stomach wasn’t growling through my meeting. Red lobster was right next to where my meeting was located so I decided to go in there to purchase one lobster roll to hold me over. I asked the bartender, and she came back with two lobster rolls in a bag. I asked her how much I owe her and she told me I could have it for free no problem. I mean how kind! Very rare to be treated like that by somebody. I was more than willing to pay for it, but the generosity of that employee was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed them. Maybe I do need to come eat at this restaurant, considering the great customer service.

Mussel were truly delicious such a large portion as well. The chocolate cake does something to a women. I highly recommend after dinner date. Had them warm mine up because I like the contrast of cold and hot. Omg it was exhilarating

Our server was awful. Took order waited 45 minutes for food never came back in between for biscuits or to see if we needed anything. Told us they were out of Mac and cheese the table behind us ordered Mac and cheese and I guess she must have found some. They messed up our bill. We have never had a bad experience before in Appleton, Eau Claire, LaCrosse. Or missouri or the Dakotas. Just not good. Now we will be thinking twice about a red lobster when we see one.

We visited Red Lobster on our 22nd anniversary. We also celebrated the twin grandchildren high school graduation. Gypsy had lobster with a cesar salid. I had a new york steak and rice with a cesar salid. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was freezing in there. I had goose bumps and shivering. I am not a person to get cold easy. Fans blowing on us. The server said the wait staff was warm so they turned the ac up and was not going to turn it down. Which made our food very cold very fast.
