Had to go to Green Bay and check out the Lobster Fest and it did not disappoint! We got the calamari appetizer and it was done to perfection! I got the Lobster, shrimp and salmon, my husband got the fish and shrimp lunch. Both meals were FANTASTIC! Our waitress was incredible and a delight! The staff is always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this Red Lobster if you are in the area near Lambeau Field! Love this place!

Amber did a fantastic job and we will be requesting her every single time! She’s great at reading her customers, knowing when to check on us or when to give us more time, and is always patient and thorough. We got the ultimate feast which was great and we tried the fall drink specials which were very tasty too!

Severely disappointed in the service and food at this establishment. We had appetizers the fried mozzarella sticks and you could smell and taste the fish and shrimp on them they had been fried in the same oil as seafood very neglectful because of allergies. Then we had ordered an 8oz Steak medium and it came blue I mean we cut it open and there was blood all over the plate, then they took the steak off my plate and put it back on the plate, and then re-threw the steak on the grill, Which totally violates sanitary protocols. When it came back it was still extremely bloody and unseasoned . Ordered a burger as well unseasoned and burnt tasted like a tomato and bread. All the food was bland and the Mac and cheese had burnt bacon on it and it tasted like it came freshly out the bag. Then we made a complaint to the waiter she had the worst attitude I mean came back extremely rude. It was unacceptable. Will not be back. Disappointed in the cleanliness and quality. Understandable why the company almost went bankrupt. Plus the tank the lobster was in was dirty change the water.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Start off with atmosphere. CONTROL YOUR GOBLINS, PEOPLE. Kids running around spilling stuff. Our waitress had to clean up multiple spills from kids as well. The fly tap dancing all over the mozzarella sticks was a nice touch.
Food. It would have been nice to get my second appetizer while eating my main. My “medium” steak was still mooing, and the waitress never checked after I took a bite so it couldn’t be remedied.(I’m literally sitting here writing this review, still waiting)
Service. It took 30 minutes just for her to check on us after receiving appetizers. When she dropped them off, my husband was mid sentence asking for ranch and she walked away. Our drinks were clearly empty for at least a half hour. Half an hour and I’m not even exaggerating.
I’ve been writing this review for the past 10 minutes while my husband was actively trying to flag anyone down.
Alas, she showed up. Girl really hovered waiting for us to pay though.
I had a better experiences at waffle house at 3am.

Yolanda was awesome, she is the best! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this location and I am sure to eat here again.

Not too busy on a Wednesday night. We were celebrating our birthdays and had a wonderful meal. The shrimp was delicious and our server, Shelly was the best! She went above and beyond our expectations and also kept the cheddar biscuits coming. She made the night feel like being served by a friend. Wonderful location!

My boyfriend and I love Red Lobster, but unfortunately we will not be going back. We had ordered the lobster dip, the chips were stale and some very very oily. I originally ordered a lobster lovers duo and instead I got the lobster feast, although they were almost similar I would’ve rather got what I ordered. Lastly we ordered the strawberry cheesecake. We took it to go, it was very grainy and really hard torwards the end, we did not even want to eat the rest. Remind you we paid a little over 100$ for this dinner date.
