Service was very slow.
The server never gave us eating utensils.
So when we received our seafood stuffed mushrooms we ate half of them with our hands. Our food finally can after a long wait.
The mash potatoes were cold. Something was missing in the biscuits. Food quality definitely has gone down. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands water was ice cold. Server didn’t know how to use a gift card bought it back to me telling me it needed to be activated. When all he had to do was use it as credit. That process took about 30 minutes

The servers were great. The crab legs didn’t have the tools to Crack them open and they were small the baked potato was small much larger at outback. The bartender was good but I felt pressured to pay in cash which I never carry and had to borrow from someone to close out my tab. Over all I would give it a 3 only because we had a large party and the servers were great but will I be back soon …probably not.

The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the lobster bisque and the salmon—both were divine.

I love random mom self dates. I went around 3p and no one was in there. The drinks were good and my food was amazing. Need to try the boil next time. Thanks Tae my server she was great.

Awful!! Come in and we were seated immediately (that’s awesome). We waited at least 15 mins before the waiter comes to see what we wanted to drink. He brings us bread without drinks! Seriously!?!? He finally gets our drink order and shortly after that our food order. Now we wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait… it’s pathetic!! No one asked us if we wanted more bread or drinks or even another appetizer. No one notices us! After about an hour and a half we leave. Of course no waiter came to the table so I had to figure out myself how much our bill was and used a napkin to write it down. We would have spent at least $250 with the shrimp boils we order but never got because we had to leave. Get your crap together over there. A little customer service could have went a long way. Waiter gone, manager walking around. I wish I could give a 0 stars but I guess simple because the bread was so good you probably deserve the 1 star.

My mom and I decided to head to Red Lobster for dinner, and I’ll be honest, I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants. But we figured, why not give it a try?
We planned to split the grilled combo with salmon, six shrimp, and a lobster tail, which came with rice and two sides. We chose broccoli and a baked potato, and everything was fresh, hot, and satisfying.
What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was our server, Josh. He was hands-down the best waiter I’ve ever had attentive, personable, and absolutely hilarious. My mom and I aren’t big drinkers, but with happy hour ending in 30 minutes, we thought… why not? Thanks to Josh’s humor and amazing energy, we ended up staying for nearly three hours, laughing, chatting, and enjoying ourselves. He turned a simple dinner into our entertainment for the night.
I even made sure to speak with his managers to give him the praise he deserves. Honestly, anyone in the service industry could take a page from Josh’s book, he’s exceptional. Our bill came to about $97, and I happily tipped him $100 because he truly earned every bit of it, especially for three hours of outstanding service.
If you’ve had a long week and want great food paired with even better service, I highly recommend asking to sit in Josh’s section. He’ll make your night.

My fiance and I went to Red Lobster to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation and we had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated. The hostesses and the waitress were really rude. We ordered an appetizer and we never received it for 40 minutes just sitting there and it took an hour for the food. We were offered a free salad. The food was really good though!

We got seated right away and our waiter was greeting us shortly after. Donovan was a newer worker, but he did great! The food was fresh and warm, and the biscuits were probably one of those best ones I’ve had in a long time! The second I saw their dragon shrimp appetizer, I knew I had to try it. Its now going to be my go to! If you like sweet and spicy, this appetizer is for you!
My crispy flounder was cooked perfectly and so were the brussels sprouts. My boyfriend’s salmon/lobster plate was delicious too. It is on the pricey side, but the portions make it worth it. We will definitely return in the future.
