This has always been my fav restaurant but I haven’t been in a few years. Yesterday we went to the Davenport location for date night/early Vday and splurged. Best dinner ever my husband loved his sesame soy salmon bowl and I’ve never seen him clear a dish so fast. My ultimate feast of course was delicious and our drinks were amazing as well and our server Ariel was awesome never had to wait for anything and had a great attitude

Despite nearly 20 trips to the U.S., I had never tried Red Lobster — until now. After a long day of driving, it happened to be the closest restaurant, and all I wanted was a quick meal before heading to bed.
As the name suggests, Red Lobster is all about seafood. They do have some surf & turf options and plenty of lobster dishes, but I went for the shrimp and scallops skewers, served with rice and broccoli. To be honest, that broccoli was probably the only real vegetable I’d eaten on the trip so far.
The food was good, but it’s clear that this is chain-restaurant quality. Nothing wrong with it — just predictable, standardized, and lacking the personality you get in smaller, local places. And compared to prices in Decorah, this felt noticeably more expensive.
Price before tip: $27.50 — the most expensive meal of the trip up to that point.
Overall, a completely fine dinner when you’re tired and hungry, but nothing memorable.

We hadn’t been to a Red Lobster for a long time due to a number of less than great experiences. However, we were pleasantly surprised! Our server Mya was very friendly and provided excellent service. The happy hour Margarita was a bargain and was mixed just right. The caesar salad was fresh and my lobster flatbread was tasty. We will be back!

I dont dine at Red Lobster very often, but my experience was awesome. Good selection of food and drinks. Great service and warm welcoming atmosphere. I strongly suggest that you treat yourself at Red Lobster in Davenport Iowa.

We had a group lunch – 9 of us – and I had called about a month ahead of time and then reconfirmed 5 days ahead. We were seated in the second option I asked for while the first choice was empty. I felt like our reservation had not been conveyed to anyone that was working that day. Where we were seated was either too hot or too cold – a room that is hard to regulate the temperature. While the waitress did a good job, they must have been short handed because the service was slow. The food was good and served at the right temperature. This is one of my favorite restaurants, but for the prices, I think there is room for improvement!

Service was terrible! Took our waitress forever to take our drink order and then literally forgot to bring a drink we’ve ordered till we asked for it! Our appetizer came after our main course though we ordered it at least 15 minutes before we put in our main course order and we were told when our main course was being served that appetizer is coming “if we still want it” how rude! My son’s ice cream that comes with kids meal was never served, despite waiting for it!
