My wife and I went out to dinner for our anniversary. Rob was our server and he did a phenomenal job. We didn’t have to wait for anything- he was on top of it all. Food was excellent. Rob suggested the Side Hustle drink and it did not disappoint. My wife got the Apple Harvest and loved it so much she ended up getting a second. Huge thank you to him for making our anniversary dinner so great. Highly recommend and we will be back and asking for Rob!

We had the Lobster flatbread and parrot coconut shrimp. The shrimp dip sauce tasted great! As did hubby’s lobster flatbread. Real basil made the dish. Our server was polite, friendly and stayed aware of our needs. Atmosphere needs a little ” pick me up!”

I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in several years, but recently found out my kid liked crab so for her birthday I thought we’d go out and enjoy some crab legs! We both got cocktails (a “mocktail” for her), crab legs and dessert so I was expecting it to be a bit pricey. It was $140! I mean…I know Red Lobster was expensive, but holy crap! Frankly, it wasn’t a $140 meal or experience. The crab was good, our desserts were okay. Our server was great, but didn’t even ask why I barely touched my drink and still charged $14 for a strawberry daiquiri. I actually asked the hostess if there was a bartender or if the servers were making their drinks because my drink was undrinkable it was so strong. (Spoiler, she was making it and I guess people complain they aren’t strong enough!) I felt like I was literally taking a shot of vodka with every taste and I’m no lightweight. (I mean, I love a strong drink, but this was insane – and I’m driving out of there WITH MY CHILD). All in all I feel really stupid. The reason I hadn’t been for several years was because it was underwhelming last time and I’m bumming to say that this trip was as well. I think I’m done with Red Lobster in the future. (The server and hostess were super nice, but not $140 nice.)

We ordered the three shrimp trio and shimp scampi linguine. Service was excellent and food was great quality, mash potatoes could have been a little better but overall no complaints.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The place is always clean and neat. The bar area is a quaint hidden gem and for the teetotalers the ‘mocktails’ totally rock. Don’t forget the whipped cream and cherries. All food flavored and cooked to perfection (I favor the golden crunchy Cod) Shaunta (Sp) the manager, is the best!

Went here a few days ago (hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in a very long time), and I can’t say I was very impressed. Three-stars is more than fair considering the overall cost and quality of the food and service.
Cost: quite expensive for Bay City. For two people, the bill ran ~$120.00 (including tip).
Quality of food: The biscuits were great, but that was about it. I wish I was kidding, but the crap legs came out cold (almost frozen). The server did replace them. The rest of the food was generally lackluster/average (think Applebee’s quality).
Quality of service: Basically just middle-of-the-road. Nothing special.
All-in-all, we should have just went to Applebee’s! I swear we could have gotten the same quality–if not better–food and experience for half the price. Of course, I don’t think you can get crap legs Applebee’s… Ultimately, the cold, nearly frozen crab legs along with the general lackluster quality of the food (minus the biscuits) really left us bummed out (especially factoring in what we paid). One last note: the ambiance was good; we enjoyed the dim lighting.
