Enjoyed lunch after church today with my husband. The sailors boil was good. The fish and chips meal size has decreaesed but i would suggest adding an extra piece. Jada is a great server.

Food was decent but cold, didn’t receive a full pound of crab legs, missing the center one’s on 1 of the clusters definitely cheated. Didn’t receive what was ordered. Got very little butter, only 1/4 cup full not even half.. Management was very nice and helpfu I enjoyed talking with the server. Service was good and friendly. Place was clean. Restroom needed help, was dirty.

The hostess was very nice and polite. The ambiance was inviting. However the waiter was not friendly as a waiter should be. I asked him about a dish that has been at red lobster for years and he went on to say he just started in Feb and he doesn’t know about it which I understood but afterwards his attitude was very sketchy. Like I made him mad because I asked him a question. Sir I’m not at your house, I’m at your Job not Mine. He only brought bread once, was very all over the place with serving us and took forever bringing the bill, boxes and a desert menu. I will Never go back to the Livonia location and let’s be clear it was an older white couple in front of me and my kids and he was overly nice to them. I expect good service anywhere I go and I was very unpleased with this location. Not to mention they were out of crab legs like what? This is red lobster smh. Find a better location with better service and save your money.

I sit at the bar my waitress name was Micah and she was wonderful. Great customer service. She kept checking on everybody at the bar to make sure everybody was good. The Supervisor say is wonderful. You have two lovely people working at this red lobster keeping it going thank God for them too cause I had a rough rough day and I left out of there laughing.

The service was terrible. Was more focused on kids running out on the bill. Then on the paying customer. I spoke to the waitress about it. She was very sarcastic and rude. The waitress name was Taylor. The manager Came around and asking were we OK offering bread never brought it back. We didn’t ask her but she offered service was terrible.

I absolutely love this location. Every-time I go, I ask for Jackie because she so quick very knowledgeable, and super nice with awesome customer service. My food was so good! I had the salmon New Orleans and some coconut shrimp. My server also great at huge parties from experience, my family still talk about how great her service was serving 30 guest in one party. The cook act like he’s a celebrity back there cooking like he got something to prove! DELICIOUS! I met the manager today can’t remember his name but the whole atmosphere was so welcoming and everyone was super nice and professional.

had an absolutely incredible experience at Red Lobster! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server, Ed, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.
The food was beyond amazing! Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into each dish—we were impressed with every bite.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Shay, and she was truly wonderful. She was kind, professional, and you could see how much she cares about her guests and team. She took the time to speak with us and made us feel so valued.
Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Huge shoutout to Ed and Shay for making it unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

It was amazing they were short handed & honestly it was wonderful because we really weren’t in any hurry at all & came for a nice relaxing leisurely birthday lunch/dinner so it was great the drinks, the food the service aaannndddd honestly for being short handed they were still hoping & getting everything done in a very timely manner. Shay B was amazing!!!! The service was still top notch!!!

Two months ago this location was spot on again for good food, good waitstaff, still slow bar service, but was a 4/5. Yesterday, waitress was amazing, food was awful, bar service was just about non-existent. It took almost an hour to get a bottled beer and short vodka with club soda…. There was zero seasoning on the crab legs, potatoes, I think the ranch dressing was straight up mayo with maybe a couple salt and pepper flakes in it, even the biscuits were subpar. The table next to us complained about the poor food to the manager and she said she would have to go back and taste it to see…. They had same complaints with their food, no seasoning, no flavor, were also there a couple of months ago and it was great, but yesterday the food was just awful. Our table and table next to us only had two people each in our parties, we bonded over the common disappointment. Our waitress was a sweetheart, nothing was her fault at all, and she was tipped very well because she was so wonderful, but unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. Way too overpriced and took way too long for food to come out that poorly. We were there almost two hours and the majority of that time was just spent waiting. We were so excited about Red Lobster’s come back, but it sure didn’t last too long..
