I always have a great experience when dining here. This time right after we ordered our food my roommate said he wasn’t feeling well. Shortly after, our food arrived. He apologetically told me he just wasn’t able to eat after all. He went out to his truck to lay back, while waiting for me. Our waiter Billy checked to make sure everything was okay, and I told him what happened. He was wonderful! He quickly packed both our dinner’s up. He made sure we had everything we might need including extra sauce. He was kind, quick, and professional. We live 5 minutes away, so although my roommate went to his room to lay down, I still enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The next day my roommate said his meal was as tasty as ever. Thanks Billy, for your quick response, help, and understanding.

We had the crunch fried flounder ( try saying that out loud ) and our waitress Kandis was out with the meal in a jiffy. She also made sure we had plenty of biscuits, tartar sauce for our fish, and extra butter & sour cream for the baked potatoes. Red Lobster is back on top of their game! There were a lot of other dishes on the menu that I wanted to try but will have to wait until next time. Prices are still very reasonable and it’s always pleasant to eat there.

Food was excellent. I had Walt’s Favorite Shrimp with a loaded potato, and my husband had the Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Jumbalaya. Both were excellent, and we would get it again. Billy, our server, provided excellent service. He was efficient, kept our drinks filled and always offered to keep the bread coming. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable with the menu. The dining room is a little too cold. We were seated by a window that was leaking cold air and had to ask to move, which they did readily accommodate. Overall, I highly recommend the Richmond Red Lobster and its current menu and staff.

Service, definitely room for improvement. Our waiter was scarce. Waited 15 to 20 minutes before putting in our drink order. Checking in on guests definitely needs improvement. Once waitor realized we weren’t a party of 2, he got us a basket of biscuits, only THREE, we were a party of 4.

This location has very friendly staff and it is a great family environment. I took my family here and we had a very pleasant dining experience. Our food was freshly prepared and everything was delicious as well as fairly priced. We especially enjoyed the impeccable service provided by our waitress Kailee, as she was very friendly and made our dining experience all the better. I highly recommend this location and our waitress Kailee as this was the best seafood dining experience my family and I have had in a long time!

I hate to be a Karen but hopefully someone will see this and they can do better. When first entering there was noone in sight to seat us. We waited quite a while till someone finally showed up to seat us. Might I add they really didn’t have much business at the time. Sat for quite some time before anyone came to take our drink order. When we finally got our food which was another long wait all the food was barely warm and not fresh tasting. For as expensive as the food is i would think the food would at least be hot and fresh. The Brussel sprouts had far too much sauce on them and I couldn’t eat them. The only thing that was good and hot was the biscuits which I had to ask for. More than likely won’t be back.

Kayci was our server and she did amazing. She was quick, thorough, patient, and attentive.. Went with a large group for a birthday party. Everything was great, but the empty lobster! Overpriced for very little, the steak, biscuits, and drinks were good!
