Their Spendless shrimp deal is a great value and tastes great. Even though it is not endless shrimp you get 3 different types and it is a lot of food. If you are looking for a great value this is a good one. The service was good and the biscuits are famous.

EDIT/UPDATE: (12/19) After corporate operations reached out regarding my original review, we returned to this location in good faith. Unfortunately, during this return visit, the to-go order was incorrect. We ordered a pasta entrée and a salad. The salad was included, but the pasta entrée was charged on our receipt and not provided. Instead, the bag contained uneaten fries with ketchup—items we did not order. Given the prior management concerns and now a billing error involving food we paid for but did not receive, we will not be returning.
(12/11) I was very disappointed with the service from the manager, Doug at this location last night. I went with family and it took 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged. There was no hostess, and when the manager, Doug did finally notice us 10 minutes later he didn’t apologize for our wait, he only told us they are trying their best and our wait was out of their control. Then before he sat my family he stared at me intimidatingly as if he had a problem with me not breaking eye contact with him. I was only waiting for him to guide us to our table. He just stood there staring at me until I asked him to continue taking us to our table. Our experience with Doug was terrible. As someone who has been a server for 7+ years I’ve never had management who didn’t care about the patron’s experience. We didn’t ask for anything free, but he could’ve at least offered something for good hospitality.
However, our server was sweet, and the food was good. Just beware of Doug the manager.

Mary was the best server we have had, absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, got the food out fast, and kept our drinks full. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the general manager tonight. Chris is very passionate about his position, and this showed in our meal. We will definitely be back! He was fantastic, truly MADE our night. Overall this was the best service, and best dinning experience we’ve had.

We were here for an early lunch around 11:30am so the restaurant was pretty empty except for 2 other tables. The service was fantastic. Super friendly waitress who knew the menu and ingredients of each dish really well, which helped us pick our appetizer and meals since we hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in a long time. Clean dining area and the waitress was very attentive with our drinks and clearing plates. Forgot how good the cheddar biscuits were! Very large portions and everything (seafood, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables) was fresh. Would recommend this place for lunch over the Olive Garden in the area. Hidden gems – the chef and the wait staff.

We waited 10 minutes for a table at 1:30 on a Friday. Only three wait staff working. Waited another 20 minutes before server came to take our order. Ten minutes later we didn’t yet have our ice tea or our cheddar bay biscuits. Asked manager when he walked by, he went and got them for us. The wife ordered the pick two shrimp (Walts Crunch Fried and Popcorn Shrimp). Manager brought our meals out about 20 minutes later. The wife only had Walts Crunch Fried Shrimp on the plate. Said something to the manager and he brought back the Popcorn Shrimp in about 5 minutes (that was good). Our meals were delicious, hot and yummy. When we got the bill we were charged for the Walts and Popcorn Shrimp separately (a $15 over charge) but the meal was a order two for one price deal. We brought that to the managers attention and it was corrected. They offered us teas to go, which we said yes too. Took home and drank the next day. They gave us mango lemonade instead of mango ice tea which is what we had been drinking at the restaurant. Great food, but sloppy poor service.

11/10 Dining experience. decided to stop in for lunch, I like the clam chowder every once in a while. I was sat immediately and Andrick was at my table in less than a minute. He offered a beverage but I went ahead and ordered. He brought my drink and biscuits before the soup came shortly behind it. It was fresh tasting and absolutely perfect service. My refill came before I had to ask for one. I’d bring my mother here!!! Thanks for the great service and food!

We were seated quickly which is nice. But, we sat unattended for about 15 minutes while servers walked past us like we were invisible. Finally a CUSTOMER got the attention of a server who got us bread and drinks going. It was all downhill from there….my husband’s fool was cold and mine was bland. Our server made drive by’s occasionally making me wish we had left the establishment prior to the food being served.

The server was very nice and accommodating. Popcorn shrimp, lobster bisque, fries and slaw were good. The lobster was decent at decent value. The first steak (as part of the turf) was received quite tough and hard to cut into. However, the staff did replace it with another steak for free and it tasted just fine and was tender.
The other person I was with had mashed potatoes and they looked okay; a crust on the outside not sure what. Also they had a filet, but looked a tad dry/overcooked.
Overall decent and would try again. It is the holidays and smack dab in Castleton…for what that is worth.

Went in to the Red lobster to get their famous cheddar bay biscuits for to-go. As soon I entered into the restaurant I wasn’t even bothered to be asked by any one if I want to be seated or to-go or what. Then I myself had to ask a couple of staff to point me to the to-go ordering station. I then placed an order and waiting for more than 25 minutes, received my order only to find out that they missed on count of my order. I then had to go again inside and wait for someone from the staff to come talk to me and then solve the issue. They don’t seem like they care about customers waiting to be helped

Everything was great , but I wanna put special emphasis on taiya’s Service professional, losing all around people skills.She turned me on to 3 things i’ve never had before. I’m diabetic and I asked her if they have any sugar, free cocktails and she came up with a skinny Margarita, which was very delicious. I had a rock lobster tail I never had before. I live in Michigan and red lobster, there does not offer rock waxing, also, I’ve never had Asparagus top with crab meat again, very delicious. And lastly, you guys have the best broccoli ever taste from anywhere lobster, very good atmosphere, very good music. And the staff here is outstanding. Taiya Was engaging in very friendly from the greet.nTen out of ten experience , I would recommend all my friends and family to come to this particular red lobster.
