Well I remember a time when the prices were lower, and portion sizes were larger. Now it seems the tables have turned. Prices are higher and portions are smaller. The food was ok, got the admirals feast, i felt the size of the portions on the scallops and fried shrimp were definitely far fewer than in the past. While the flounder seemed over cooked and chewy. Also got some shrimp scampi, which was underwhelming in its own rights, cold shrimp just sitting in the garlic butter scampi sauce. The service was great, however make sure to check your receipt as their “tip calculator” seems to not be mathing…..not sure how 18% on a 50 dollar tab with tax is over 12 dollars. somehow…..I did go to public school but it doesn’t seem legit to me.

The service was great and the atmosphere was fine. Since I have had carbonara before I was a little let down with the crab carbonara. It seemed like someone cooked it with the fake crab supermarkets sell. The salad and garlic biscuits were great as usual.

Decided to dine in around 8pm on Sunday for lobster fest. We sat at the bar where we were greeted within a few minutes. Got our drinks and biscuits then the bartender disappeared for 10+ minutes. We could see her making drinks and then suddenly stopped to go hug someone at the host stand that was waiting to be seated. She finally came to get our order. We got one refill that we had to ask for when the appetizer came. The food came and she never checked back until she brought the check and the boxes I had to ask for twice. Food was the only saving grace tonight.

Jose and Tatiyhana served our large group of 19 tonight celebrating family birthdays. Biscuits came out as soon as we sat down, then drinks, and food soon after. Great service and I really expected the food to take longer for such a large group. Very attentive and kind with a large and loud group. We so appreciate you two tonight.

The service staff is in need of retaining. In a restaurant with only 5 other tables and 4 visible servers, 1 bartender, 1 host, and a full kitchen… our experience was less than mediocre. We were greeted by a wonderful host and shown our table, then everything kept going downhill. What followed was a series of small incidents that all added up to create an experience that makes us think of not returning.
1. long wait for a server to approach us
2. no mention of specials, apps, or anything, just ” hey do you guys know what you want to get?
3. dirty water cups
4. missing croutons on salads
5. alcoholic drinks didn’t arrive until food did, which was 30 minutes after we ordered them.
6. margarita flight didn’t have any salt, was informed they were out … I grinded my own at the table
7. no lemons available for either drinks or food
8. kids drink didn’t arrive until halfway thru eating, was ordered at the same time as food
9. the rice was not good in flavor and had the texture of both hard and mushy
10. server checked on us 5 times while eating
11. once we were done eating, we waiting for over 15 minutes to get our check
12. I had to get my own take home container since none of the staff was visible to assist.

If it had only been 1 or 2 things, I wouldn’t have cared. But this was a mess that me and my family had to endure for over 2.5 hours! I like to give people the benefits of the doubt, but this was too much

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Was seated and greeted promptly. Our waitress( Alisha maybe) took our order. We waited 15 min for our drinks. Then after a hour of waiting for our food we were fed up. Our waitress never came back for at least 30 minutes. We finally stood up trying to get someone’s attention to pay for our drinks. Our waitress finally came back over blamed it on a system issue and that the managers wouldn’t not come out and talk. I asked about the bill and the waitress said don’t blame you for leaving and don’t worry about it!! Extremely disappointed and for wasting our time

We had dinner here today. I had flounder, shrimp and sides. My wife had fish and chips which was a large piece of cod. We both had a salad. Both meals were pretty good and qauntities were reasonable. Our service was very good. We had not eaten at Red Lobster for many years. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the dining room was. Very nice and we hope to return in the future.

Ms. Sey (our waitress) was prompt when coming to greet us. She was prepared to take our order. Our appetizer (bread) was hot, the beverages were correct, meal was served hot, and she allowed us space, yet allowing us to enjoy our meal.

I always look for her when we decide to dine at Red Lobster.

Emily, our server, was a doll! Sweet, attentive, always smiling, and brought us another glass of iced tea without us even asking! Good for her for being so observant! Emily is a fantastic server!

UPDATE: 1/9/26 went in for a late lunch. EVAN was the host.
Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, EVAN was constantly on the move, quietly and swiftly multitasking; greeting customers, bussed tables, cleaned tables & seats, and swept the floor. EVAN even brought fresh, hot and delicious biscuits to my table right after he seated me and he let me know that the server would be with me shortly to take my drink order. EVAN was constantly on the move. EVAN is very sweet and has a beautiful smile… a great asset in the service industry!
My food (admiral’s feast) was hot and delicious.

I was disappointed with my food. I haven’t had red lobster in at least 2 years. I ordered over the phone and picked up inside restaurant. The instructions I gave were not followed, it was probably a misunderstanding but the host that took my payment didn’t offer to correct it. I ordered the shrimp pasta Alfredo, which had always been my favorite. It was bland and not at all how I remember but maybe it’s because it wasn’t prepared the way I requested. The shrimp appetizer I ordered was only partially covered in the sauce it comes with. I paid $40 for a meal that I wasn’t 100% pleased with!
