Years ago we used to go to Red Lobster for special occasions, it was a treat, something special.
Fast forward to today.
Because my wife is stuck on what it used to be we go there for her birthday.
Today I personally would not go to Red Lobster because of the quality of the food. The exception is for my wife.
We have discussed this and agree that it isn’t the quality that it used to be.
That being said the server was very attentive, the atmosphere was good, the establishment was clean.

We arrived at 7:45 PM on a Saturday, and the place was nearly empty. Despite that, we waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and seated us. Our table was dirty, and service only went downhill from there.

We waited roughly 30 minutes just to receive biscuits, with no explanation other than they were “being made.” The rice was so hard it nearly broke my tooth, and the Cajun Alfredo had absolutely no flavor — honestly tasted worse than something out of a can. Our side salads didn’t arrive until after our main course.

We spent nearly $80 on a meal that we couldn’t even finish half of. To make matters worse, staff openly talked about tips, sang, and danced around the dining area. It felt extremely unprofessional and chaotic.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Our server, Matt, was fantastic. Engaging, attentive, and pleasant. He made sure our food was exactly what we ordered, asked if we needed refills and took care of us as if we were his only customers. My mom, young daughter, and I came in a little later tonight. We had Matt as our server. He was amazing. Offered great suggestions, was very attentive, and went above expectations to ensure we had a good experience. The food was incredible and even though we were the last ones there we never felt rushed or that we were burdening the staff.

This Red Lobster has gone down hill. The hostess was not friendly. The waiter forgot food items, gave us a refill as we were done with our meal, didn’t offer a refill, did not ask about our food. The carpet is dirty, hand prints on the windows at the booths. Not sure if I woukd recommend this location. Our food was good.

Everything was good. I had the unlimited shrimp, which was served with one side for $20. Any requested refills were served promptly and always hot. Their biscuits are the absolute best.
