The restaurant atmosphere was good, and stayed open until 10 pm, which is ideal for travelers. The service was fast and friendly, although I did wait for someone to seat me. The food was served hot, fast and just to my liking. Tasty, flavorful, yet not over seasoned or overcooked. Endless shrimp Mondays are still my favorite night to dine at Red Lobster.

Starting off by saying the food was amazing I ordered the seaside shrimp trio great pasta great shrimp very well portioned. The service was also good very polite, respectful. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice it is all decorated for Christmas with the red lobster feeling.

Food was excellent, very slow service especially not being that busy. Waiter was friendly, he wanted to char with everyone instead of get refills and take orders. Food was fantastic. Price was excellent, all you can eat shrimp(2 single sides) rolls, and a drink for 25 bucks a person!

Nice clean restaurant!!! The food was delicious and the waitress was wonderful! Every family has that picky eater in their family,my husband and I was excited to see our three year old eat most of his food!! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. My husband ordered the mussels from the appetizer portion and several shells cracked into the mussel and he had to dig them out first. He didn’t want to chip his teeth or choke on a piece of shell. Some of them he didn’t even bother. Others were closed and he couldn’t open up. The closed ones you also want to be careful, you want to make sure they’re completely cooked . Other than that little issue the food was delicious and friendly service!

Food was good but pricey. Waiter was OK, asked a few times about drink refills but did not come back. Did not know about the endless shrimp promo going on, otherwise we would have ordered it. We heard another server fully explain the menu to her table. Half of the mussels in my meal were completely closed, challenge to pry open; a lot of the mussels were bitter.

If I could throw my food back up, I would. The manager Lydia was the most evil person I have met to date. My daughter and I overheard her say that if she could poison us she would. There needs to be a serious investigation in this store.

I wanted to give 5 stars so bad since we were given a gift card to try them again after our first experience being an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately, there was black beetle looking bugs in my cooked broccoli our waitress was wonderful the entire time, she took my food back to have everything remade and took my entire order off the bill including my alcoholic drink. The restaurant looked and smelled clean and everyone in my family said their food was great! I was able to eat my Coconut shrimp (for obvious reason I couldn’t eat the veggies lol as I couldn’t get the bugs out of my mind) and it was the best I’ve had not near the ocean. The mango sauce was so good! After 2 fails in a row though I don’t think I’ll be back

I went to this restaurant yesterday evening with another family and we were seated immediately. The hostesses were very prompt and courteous, and hard working! I ordered a garlic linguine Alfredo with shrimp and hubby ordered a salmon bowl. There was one small blip, my son ordered from the kids menu; we were expecting battered chicken but received grilled chicken and it was a tiny bit on the saltier side, we were wondering why he didn’t like it, and hubby tasted his chicken later and realized it was salty. Poor kid, he didn’t know how to explain it. Other than that I love Red Lobster and was glad our party of eight, including another family, got seated promptly. Another restaurant out right refused to seat us, which was mortifying since this other family was a guest of ours for the evening and we wanted to eat and have a good time. Thanks for saving the day Red Lobster at Boardman! Five stars for great service!
