Went to Red lobster for dinner. It was a fifteen minute wait even though they weren’t that busy in a Monday at 5:30. We didn’t mind the wait. Once we were seated the waiter was very nice and attentive. We ordered a variety of things. The salads were very basic. The chicken didn’t seem nor was it appetizing. The scampi’s didn’t have much seasoning on them however they were hot and fresh. The crab legs were good as well. All the sides that came with the meals were lukewarm. Overall it was ok. I would try them again and expect them to do better.

This was my first time going to Red Lobster. My friend and I ordered the Create Your Own specials. It ended up being $64 + tip. The food was great. I think my favorites from the meal were the cheddar Bay biscuits and the golden fried white fish strips (although VERY THINLY SLICED) were cooked perfectly. It was like they took 1 fillet, halved it for later use, then sliced that 3 times. You can see in my photo (by the spicy green beans). He got salmon & scallops which he said were good. We’ll definitely go back. There’s quite a few items we’d like to try!

I haven’t been here In years due to the horrible service, but I was in the area and had a gift card so I decided to give them another chance. My waiter was very nice (and cute ) and my lobster stuff flounder was pretty good. So I can say this visit wasn’t like the past experiences.

The wife wanted to go here … I prefer non-chain places. 40 minute wait and below average Classic Surf & Turf. The wife and son appeared to enjoy their Crab Legs dinners. For me, the best thing were the biscuits.

The service was very slow, though our server was pleasant and helpful. When we could find her. The food was mostly good, except for the broccoli, which is usually steamed. I had gotten it from another location a week before, where it was steamed, but this time, it was absolutely drowned in some type of oil. To the point where I took it out of the oil, blotted it with a napkin, squeezed the oil out, and it was still too oily to eat. One couple got so tired of waiting to place their order that they just got up and left. This is not a good location, especially if you want to be served in a timely fashion. It seemed like there was a staffing issue this time, I don’t know what the issue has been all of the other times. Also, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned when we were first seated, and instead of just cleaning the table, they moved us to a different table. Not sure what that was about.

The bar area was a mess. Never got waited on. My server James (once I got seated) was awesome. To my surprise, my dinner came before the salad, bread and drinks. Food was ok.

I have a lot to say about this place, surprised that its even Here. Sure it’s a little rough around the edges and looks like the place has been going through some things.. but aren’t we all? The important stuff. Restaurant staff is amazing and every time it’s a great meal

I’ve been going to Red Lobster since I was a little girl so I was so excited to treat my 66 y/o grandma here for her birthday. Her request, it’s her favorite restaurant. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. We had a table of 7 so I expected a wait but not an hour and a half for our food to come PLUS it coming our cold. Two of my family members got the wrong meal. Two others food came out completely cold. I cancelled my daughters food because her kid macaroni and cheese also took an hour to come out. The kitchen staff was extremely loud. I could here the blasting music and bickering from my table. We even asked for the manager and she even did nothing to help. I only have two words for this establishment DO BETTER! I will no longer be coming here I will go to the Red Lobster across town from here on out.
