This is the ONLY and BEST Red Lobster location (Mentor) I frequent. The entire staff was EXCELLENT. Our Bartender/Server Sarah was incredible. Her drinks were amazing, the appetizer and entree was immaculate and beautifully plated. From GM to Management (Chrissy), it was a wonderful visit. No worries, I WILL be back. The secret is out, I couldn’t keep it to myself. ☺️

Cousin date on $20 crab legs Tuesday. We got there as soon as they opened so it wasn’t busy at all. As a mom of a newborn, I appreciated them having the car seat holder so we didn’t have to struggle trying to fit it in the booth. Not all restaurants offer that so that was great! Our server Josh was kind & attentive. Made sure our cups were refilled regularly without us asking and checked to make sure everything was to our liking every 10 mins or so. The biscuits were bomb per usual. The crab was fresh.

Great experience on a Saturday afternoon with Arnita! The restaurant was moderately busy, but Arnita was prompt, friendly, and efficient! The food was great, soup was lukewarm but Arnita was very accommodating. The restaurant area and bathroom was clean. I also tip my hat to the mixologist! A great time!

I have to change my stars back to 5 plus stars after this visit. Our server was excellent and above. Our food looked and was good at the right temperature, and he always checked on us and just great customer service
We haven’t been to this Red Lobster in quite a while. We went for a family occasion, and the server we had was nice and on her job. She made sure everyone order was correct and bought out in a timely manner, and if it wasn’t right, she immediately corrected it.
The small problems we had were from the kitchen itself, not the server

I really wasn’t too impressed with this particular location. I used to enjoy Red Lobster days but it seems the quality of food is not what I anticipated. The service was great, and surprisingly with a busy Saturday evening, we were able to get seated quickly.

Frost byte
This was my second time at Red Lobster, the mentor location, in over a decade. First time was great, leaving me with high hopes for my next visit. But I was really disappointed this round. The portions were noticeably uneven — one person at our table got a decent-sized serving while another were left wondering if we were missing half our meals. The drinks were completely watered down. I ordered two coastal coladas without ice for this very reason, but the bartender still brought my drinks with ice. Normally, I wouldn’t complain, but its $7 for an overpriced smoothie. When I made her aware of the error, she huffed away, only taking one of the drinks back to redo it. She said “I just strained it” when she returned to our table. I couldn’t even get my drink in a glass bc they ran out of glasses! I chose this restaurant to have a chill birthday dinner, but instead of that, the evening was tainted and ruined my dining experience!
At that price, you expect consistency and quality. Sadly, Red Lobster missed the mark on both. With that said, I did leave a tip bc Sean & Imani tried to make an otherwise horrible evening, a little better

We had a wonderful time. The food was amazing. Atmosphere was nice too, good music. And our server Sabrina was very attentive and sweet. She was a wonderful server and took care of us and made our experience even better. 10/10 would recommend.

The food was a disappointment. The lobster bisque was so sweet it tastes like a bowl of creamed sugar. The shrimp linguine Alfredo was too thick and didn’t have much flavor. The garlic scampi was hot and good. The cheddar bay biscuits were hot and tasty. They were the best part of the meal.
