This is the second time I’ve been to this Red Lobster. Each time I received great service and great product. This time I was curious to try the new trendy boil bag. I got it with the garlic butter with a little bit of spice and it was delicious. I’ll prolly get just lobster tails and shrimp next time because crabs are too much work for me , even crab legs.
My server was Casey. She was such a knowledgeable, interactive sweetheart. What a great team member to have.
The bathrooms were clean and the hostesses are nice. They also have a Togo window inside the store that kept people getting takeaway food in and out, very efficient. I used that service last time and had absolutely no problems.

We had a great time at this location for my sons birthday! Matt was our server and he was very kind and patient with the kids! HAHA I feel like after covid places really changed with service but we were super impressed everyone was nice!

My experience was wonderful, Dawn the manager was great and helped the bartender when she was busy they worked as team and it was a great experience for Lobsterfest! Ms Paulette the bartender was wonderful as well and remembered things from my last visit! A great job overall food was great keep it up Red Lobster on Monroe street!

Horrible horrible Really disappointed with my experience at Red Lobster tonight. The service was slow and inattentive, and we waited way too long just to get drinks. The food came out lukewarm, and for the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. The fried items were greasy, and the overall presentation looked rushed.
On top of that, no one checked on us after the food was dropped off. It just felt like once they got the order in, we didn’t matter anymore. Definitely not the experience you expect when you’re paying that much for a seafood dinner.
I’ve had better meals elsewhere for half the price. Sadly, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

My mom and I came in pretty early and really enjoyed the food. Our server was very sweet and did and excellent job. I wish I remembered her name. Food was fresh and hot! Such a good time.

Mostly I love their food and this was no exception. However, we ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer and the mushrooms weren’t cooked. The stuffing was tasty but I can’t stand raw mushrooms! Our server took them back and asked what we wanted instead. He was great! I will go again, definitely.

Melissa took great care of us at Toledo ‘s Red Lobster. She was very friendly and attentive. She knew the menu well and had great suggestions. We will be back and ask for her area. My Parrot Isle Cocanut Shrimp was great!
