On today as we celebrated my mother’s 82nd birthday. She wanted to go to Red Lobster. Well after looking at the reviews, we made her reservations with a server in mind by the name of Charles. As the reviews said Charles was the best. We arrived and although we had a brief wait. We ended at a table for 7, and Charles had the pleasure of being our server. I can honestly say. The food did not disappoint! The service did not disappoint! The atmosphere did not disappoint! Did I mention the server did not disappoint me at all! So if you have a taste for Red Lobster, stop by! Hopefully you get Charles too! And great delicious food!!!!!!

The food was fresh and hot. Bethany, our waitress went beyond extra to accommodate us. I complained about the size of my crab legs, surprisingly she returned immediately with another claw with larger/ longer legs. The atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Ramon at Red Lobster was amazing! The service was great and the food came out perfect. The Hennessy Tea was so good, and the Chicken Alfredo pasta was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend!

I don’t think there are but two Red Lobsters in the surrounding area…However Charles at Wolfchase provided the most amazing service and made sure everything was perfect. He was professional and very knowledgeable of the menu items. Some people just have that “It” factor and Charles is that person. The food was absolutely delicious and the environment very clean and accommodating. I can’t believe I didn’t get pictures, but I will next time. Kudos Red Lobster!
