The food was good and our waiter was very kind. My only complaint was that even though the restaurant wasn’t busy on this particular day, the service was kind of slow and it took forever just to get biscuits and I felt like a bother when I had to ask. Other than that, it was great!!

Excellent lunch! Perfect atmosphere. Delicious meal. Extremely gracious, friendly and efficient service. My partner and I decided on a “whim” to have lunch at Red Lobster. Honestly, I’ve not dined or visited a Red Lobster in decades. My partner and I both were extremely impressed with our lunch experience at this location. The restaurant was immaculate! Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Our server, Nicole, was absolutely the best!!! Nicole is the nicest, most efficient server we have had in a really long time!! Both my partner and I ordered the popcorn shrimp. The shrimp was prepared to perfection and served fresh and hot! We both ordered from the daily lunch special section of the menu which is a really good value. The portions were large and you are allowed one side item. Plus, you still receive the awesome cheddar biscuits, too. The Daily lunch special offers about 10 entrées available. Of course, they have a very large, diverse selection of menu items that are available, if you care for a larger meal. It appeared most of the daily lunch special entrées were in the $12 – $15 price range. Our total bill , before gratuity, was $24. Both of us thought this was very reasonable pricing for two quality meals and excellent customer service. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and wonderful server, Nicole! Red Lobster of Johnson City has our highest recommendation!!

Madison took care of my fairly large family; while we celebrated my wife’s birthday. She brought the biscuits which kept my family from eating the furniture. The salad was good I had the lobster stuffed flounder w/baked potato. Even dessert was delicious.

35 minutes to get noticed. Had to get a manager to get service. Had to get a different waiter because the waitress was too embarrassed to come out. And the managers Hilary and Brian was amazing.then as I left I assume the lady waitress that wouldn’t take the table saw us and screamed out I wasn’t ur waitress. Like really?? I had no clue who was supposed to be our waitress. Sounds like she had a guilty conscience. Too bad for her. The waiter got 50 bucks in tips.

It’s been 4 or 5 years since I’ve been back to the Red lobster. The first time I went I didn’t particularly like it and we only went this evening because we didn’t want to wait a half an hour for sushi. Well the menus changed I think and the food was really really good. My girlfriend had the combination that included lobster salmon and shrimp. She really liked the salmon. I had trout that was very very good and the coleslaw was excellent. The service was good, and we shall be back.

Went for lobster fest and was not disappointed! I got the lobster and shrimp-topped sirloin my wife got lobster lovers dream and both were absolutely amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and the service was top notch! We also got the Norway and Langostino lobster dip. Loved every bite can’t wait to go back!!

The service was fantastic! Our server made sure our drinks never ran empty, and went above and beyond the whole visit. Endless shrimp was SO good too!!! Both times we’ve visited we have been great service and food with NO issues. 10/10 will definitely be back soon.
