We came to Red Lobster today for a family girls’ dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Izzy, was amazing — friendly, attentive, and very professional. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us at just the right times.

We also tried the new seafood boil, and it was pretty good! Everything came out timely and fresh.. Thank you, Izzy, for making our dinner so enjoyable we had our Granny in town!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day at Red Lobster, especially since it was our daughter-in-law’s very first Mother’s Day! As always, the food was delicious and the service was great. We decided to try their flight of Margaritas, which added a fun twist to our meal!

The restaurant was buzzing with excitement as families gathered to celebrate this special occasion, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere. Given that Red Lobster is on the higher end of the price spectrum, we consider it a special occasion choice, and it never disappoints.

Nickolas was truly amazing despite the circumstances tonight. While the restaurant was a bit slow in getting silverware and our food out, he handled everything with grace and professionalism. We watched him navigate each surrounding table with humility and composure. Even with limited support, he created a positive experience and never missed a beat. We really enjoyed our dinner! All the food was great! We were celebrating the anniversary of a friend’s heart transplant and the manager, Jessica, was great and got him dessert to celebrate. Our server, Chelsea, was very sweet and helpful. She kept drink refills coming and was very helpful!

I came here tonight excited to try the Cajun Butter Crab, but they brought out regular butter crab instead. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted it was Cajun until I asked them to actually bring the real one (see photo: the sauces are clearly different). No apology, no acknowledgment—just attitude like I didn’t know what I ordered.

The woman who seemed to be the manager was especially rude, treating me like I was the problem. The crab was okay (maybe a 5 or 6 out of 10), but the disrespectful service ruined my dinner. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but I do expect basic respect. Won’t be coming back.
