We had a reservation for 7:15. At 7:10 we were informed it would be another 45 to 60 minutes before we would be seated. We left; as we were leaving I could see at least 8 empty tables through the windows.

Our family has been over dozens of Red Lobsters I was disappointed because the kids’ Chicken tenders weren’t cooked correctly. It had a weird taste. The calamari were chewy. The coleslaw wasn’t good. The margarita flights weren’t good. We came here because my 6-year-old grandson asked to come here for dinner for his birthday. Once we asked the waitress to bring a brownie overboard so that they could sing Happy Birthday, and she came with the brownie, I asked her were singing Happy Birthday she responded she couldn’t sing alone however she could find out if anyone would sing with her. She came back with a candle and said we can sing.
All the other food was fresh and tasty. Dont come here for birthdays

Went in for grilled fish. Did not get it. The Atmosphere was nice and our server was very kind. Our apps, soup and sides were delicious. Our fish was completely raw in the middle. They remade the fish but ultimately we were done so we took it to go. It was a disappointing experience. To be clear our server was nice and was always helpful. It just sucks that the one thing we really wanted, we were unable to sit down and eat.

My husband and I rarely go out to eat in the evenings since we usually prefer to cook at home and eat early. However, our son-in-law wanted to take us to dinner so we could spend time together as a family.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We waited approximately 40 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was not busy. When our steaks arrived, they were extremely tough and overly salty. We immediately set them aside and chose not to have them remade because we did not want to cause a scene. We understand the servers are not responsible for the kitchen, and they were doing their best.

We ate what we could, but the food was so salty that both my husband and I experienced noticeable swelling afterward. That was very concerning.

We truly wanted to enjoy the evening with our family, but the quality of the meal did not meet expectations. Sadly, we will not be returning.
We visited Red Lobster to enjoy a family dinner with our daughter and son-in-law. We rarely go out in the evenings since we prefer to cook and eat earlier, but we adjusted our schedule to spend time together.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

We immediately set them aside and chose not to have them remade because we did not want to cause a scene. We understand servers are not responsible for the kitchen.

However, my husband had to physically get up and find our waiter because he was on a personal phone call when we needed assistance removing the steak. Later, when we were ready to pay, we again had to go locate him.

The food was so salty that both my husband and I experienced noticeable swelling afterward, which was concerning.

We are not leaving this review for a free meal. In fact, we would not return even if it were offered. However, given the wait time, food quality, and service issues, we are requesting a full refund for this visit.

We simply wanted a pleasant evening with our family, and unfortunately, that did not happen.

The food tasted good. It was ready when it was supposed to be. But the cup of lobster bisque was lukewarm and seemed to be a small amount, plus somehow it leaked in the bag and got all over my other items including the to go silverware. The bacon wrapped scallops were wrapped around the scallops, when I picked one up the bacon just fell off. I didn’t get the experience of trying it as it was described. All in all it was good, I will go again. I believe if I dined inside, I could have given it 5 stars. I believe the food is always prepared better if your inside.
