Amazing food and service!! Biscuits were SO good! Drinks were good too! Arianna was our waitress, a really nice happy chirpy waitress! Made our meal lovely. She was attentive. Plenty of parking here. Wheel chair accessible. Soft music. Lots of food! I don’t think there’s anything vegan here. And it’s kid friendly too. I seen a little kid here about 2 when we were seated. Everything’s clean and stocked.

After not eating at a Red Lobster since about 2014, we decided to have lunch here for my son’s 16th birthday in Florence. The staff seated us after only a 10 minute wait (there was 11 of us) and the waitresses and her trainee were outstanding. Super sweet, never let our drinks get low, kept the biscuits coming fresh and she was genuinely a nice person. You could tell she cared about her work and it showed! The food was amazing. I got the shrimp scampi with a house salad and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back to get the crab legs next time. Every table around us was getting them and they looked so good!

As always, the Florence Alabama restaurant is doing great! Serving good quality/ tasting food; great service and a really nice atmosphere! Our server CeCe (aka Chavejia) was VERY nice and had an awesome attitude! We had a nice personable conversation with the manager too!! This is why we often go to Red Lobster for lunch and dinner!!

They are changing it around. Had a waitress named faith. Young lady does know how to give service. Was really nice not having to find your waitress for things. She was a step ahead. Drinks getting low she was there with a refill buns were hot and plenty food was great again. Like the old days If you get a chance give them a try

Our dinner was very, very good. Let’s start there. If you’re looking for really good chain seafood spots, look no further than this location of Red Lobster. We made reservations and arrived at a time when the restaurant wasn’t busy, but not an odd time, either- just normal dinner time. Our server struggled, though they were very nice. Coming from a restaurant/customer service background, it was somewhat painful to watch and experience. A manager should have been checking on us, on this server, on the customers in the area, but we did not see one nor were we approached by anyone other than the server to ask how we were doing or apologize for the wait or the lack of efficient service. The server was not ready to handle tables by themselves, regardless of the wait time caused by the kitchen. Overall, we would have liked to have had a better experience for our mothers for Mother’s Day weekend, but the food was delicious when we got it and we are grateful for the good parts of the evening.

I was happy to see a functional Red Lobster again. It had been a while since so many of them closed. The margarita flight was worth the wait, it may be at least partially responsible for this post… also, pasta was good, lobster tail was better, steak was cooked right, I even had this thing called a salad (saaal-laaad?) but let’s be real, we’re here for the Biscuits. They were cheddar-y, warm and plentiful. I’m not sure how long they’ve been open because it was kinda dead for a Saturday Night but The Red Lobster is back y’all… Come on thru!!!

Best lobster ever. My son ordered the Surf N Turf and I ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream with three choices. It was all good. Our waitress Bre W and she was real friendly and was real helpful with ordering our meals. We will definitely be going back.
