We had a good time with our wait person Dawn who made it worth while. Our food wasn’t over cooked(the seafood) , the steak was cooked as ordered and was very tender you could cut it with your fork . The cocktails were delicious. Maddie was another wait person who was not our person but she was also so nice and polite. Dawn also went beyond to make my daughter’s evening by hunting down brownies for her dessert. Dawn was so personable she introduced us to her daughter who was training, she to was sweet and kind. Such a great wait staff we had.

I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in a long time, and I’m so glad I decided to go back! The food was fresh and flavorful, my shrimp bowl was delicious, and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were just as amazing as I remembered, and the service was friendly. Thank you Ms. Dee and Peaches for being so attentive. Great experience all around!

Peaches is great greeter and Natalie is great server. Very attentive. We love her smile. Will be back again. We visit often for many,many years across the nation. For sure first week of March to celebrate now 55th year anniversary. Never got a bad meal. Thanks for being here for us !!!

We always receive a friendly greeting from the hostess, Peaches, who is very nice and makes us feel welcome every time we visit Lakeland Red Lobster. Peaches remember that we like to be seated in Amanda’s station. She brings us to a booth where we are served by our favorite waitress, Amanda. Service is prompt and food is served hot and delicious. We have always had a great dining experience here. Today we got the boiled lobster and shrimp item on the menu. (Highly recommended). We’ll continue to return there and enjoy the experience. Kudos to the staff for excellence in cooking and service.

We go there about one a week. Food is still delicious. I would have to say one of my favorite places to eat, but even me and my husband make fun of the host in the face that she always has like. He’s always mad to see us.

Amanda was SO NICE! Our drinks were always full (literally never had an empty cup!) which is something I really appreciate. We tried some of the new menu items like the seafood boil and the crab dip—soo yummy! We also loved that we could customize the spice level which made it even better. 10/10 experience!

So my husband and I had a date night and decided to come here. We sat right away and we’re happy about that. There was only a couple of people there. We waited over an hour for our food. The manager felt bad and told us we could have something free. We didn’t want extra food, we wanted what we ordered. Did she make it right…. No! The food offered I personally couldn’t eat from having food sensitivities. If you’re going to offer free food and we can’t have it or not want extra food at least discounts a meal for us. Yes, I explained about not able to eat certain food. Trust me, the manager didn’t care. Server was absolutely wonderful, she was a sweetheart but it wasn’t her fault that the kitchen couldn’t get it together. Half my food was ice cold. We’re very disappointed in this restaurant and to be honest we have no desire to come back. To spend over $100 for food for this experience was a waste of money and time.
