We ordered the lobster dinner and it was good except for the mashed potatoes on the side and the dipping butter- both of which had a weird seasoning in them. The service was good. They can definitely make the ambience a little better. The place felt very gloomy and dull.

This place was great! But, our waiter bill made it better with his great attitude and helpfulness. I ate crab legs, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, salmon, coconut shrimp, and biscuits. I drank a Arnold Palmer and a sangria. Overall the food was perfectly juicy and flavorful. The salmon was very well seasoned and the crab legs were oozing with butter. This restaurant also uses a convenient presto Pay system. And the total bill is around $25 per person. This is a place which you should eat in!

They did an AMAZING job!!!! My husband and I went out for an early dinner. We haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years and never one in this area. We were greeted and sat quickly even though they had just received a very large party. The hostess that sat us got us started with drinks and even took our order. My Husband ordered sift and turf and I had a 3lb Lobster grilled and stuffed. She asked if I would like them to crack it for me. I said no thank you. When we got our food, my husbands steak was cook and seasoned perfectly. I how ever was struggling a little because the claws were HUGE… she came over and offered again to have them cracked for me, I gladly accepted. She was back in no time, plate in hand with the claws open and meat pulled out. The hostess and bartender tag teamed checking on us. All in all it was a great experience. So much so I called later that night to let the Manager on duty know. To my surprise the General Manager took my call and was actually the hostess that sat us!!! I work my way through college as a waitress and even as a fall back second job in south Florida, to have Management much less upper Management get in the trenches with their staff is very rare…. Thank you soooooo much General Manager Lauren and Bartender Sam. You both are AWESOME and we will be back.

Picture this; I’m by myself in a hotel in Madera Beach, a hurricane is coming , I am techno challenged . don’t know how to do Doordash, but I want Lobster and Shrimp, so I call Red Lobster and speak to the manager Lara and she does everything for me!The food, the salad, the potato, she even included a birthday cake with ice cream for dessert. Dinner date here with my honey. I ordered the crab legs with a loaded baked potato….ohh so delicious. Honey wanted fish and chips, but he ordered Mac and cheese with bacon instead of chips. It was a great dinner date and we enjoyed ourselves. Our server Sam was also pretty nice
