Terrible. All I wanted was some lobster dip. I placed a curbside order that said pickup at 11:42. Showed up at 11:48. Waited until 12:05. Went inside to find one single dine-in customer and one other customer who had experienced the same thing I did and was looking for his 11:45 curbside order. Zero employees to be found. I walked the whole restaurant floor looking. Finally at 12:05 a woman came from the employee only area and handed me a sauce cup with just enough lobster dip to cover the bottom. Nothing like advertised and nothing for which anyone would pay the $19 that I paid. Definitely not enough for one person or child even. I went back to work and starved.

Unfortunately I can’t hide my emotions regarding how I felt that night. All our utensils had water stains and did not look sanitized at all, we asked for our silverware to be replace and the new sets had the same issue. Lemonade had too much sugar, pasta was not hot just warm and fir the price of the lobster tail was not enough meat. I won’t be returning there.

I went to Red lobster because I had a gift card. And so I had one of their seafood platters. Overall it was pretty good. The crab legs were my favorite item. They tend to bury everything in butter which makes the food very rich. I hadn’t been in years but overall this was a good experience

Upon entering I did think they were closed.. no one at the front. Sat at the bar, bartender was informative and friendly as was manager. A little too much oil on plate and sauces offered definitely fresh just needed salt meaning I don’t think it had any at all. Overall would come back.. yes. Recommendations: upgrade in decor feels 80/ 90’s. too dark. A lil depressing.
Maintain bathroom glass and floors(I did tel mgr and he addressed bathrooms right away) like I said great service. To the owner: close down 1/2 space for a whole new fresh look, then other half. Things will change for you. Oh potato as you can see was actually loaded.. sometimes that’s hard to find..

This place is slloooowwww. Do not expect to be seated right away. Do not expect to eat right away. Do not expect to see who your waitress is for a very long time. There’s nobody hardly working here and there was nobody really eating here so I don’t understand why the waiters/waitressescould not greet anybody at the door they could not sit anybody as they walked in and then it was a whole another hour process just to get our food.

Placed an online order from my phone for pickup. Ordered two coconut shrimp appetizers which includes six shrimp and pina colada dipping sauce each. After arriving and parking in pickup area my food was brought to me. Upon arriving home I discovered that one of the appetizers contained only 5 shrimp(and seriously, the waste of putting 12 shrimp in two separate big dinner containers?) I immediately called the restaurant and voiced my displeasure with being shorted food items and the person was apologetic explaining that the person getting the order together may have just miscounted. Seriously? Your job is to put six shrimp in a container and you mess that up? So I now have to check my order before leaving like at McDonalds. I asked to be compensated and to speak to a manager who was unavailable. I left my name and phone number and waiting for a call. I don’t order food or eat out often but this is the reason I shun doing so these days, $30(with tip) for 12 shrimp? or in my case 11.

I will say that this was the best experience I have ever had eating at Red lobster ever. The manager’s name is Natasha and our waitress was Donna and we were blessed beyond compare by our dining experience there. Donna, the waitress was so engaged in her customers. Really paid attention to them and made sure they were taken care of. Very friendly, very efficient and provided the best service ever. She said she had only been working there 4 days but you never would have known because she was a pro. Best waitress ever . My sister and I were there eating to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We ended up having a small issue with the food situation and Natasha, the manager, came over and couldn’t apologize enough for the issue. She insisted on having our complete, whole dinner remade again to take home with us to compensate with the issue we had. We thought she was just going to replace the item of food that we had the issue with but she went above and beyond and replaced our whole complete dinner and not only did she replace both of our dinners, she also took care of the bill for us. We were blown away by her kindness and generosity. Best manager ever. What fantastic customer service from both of these ladies. Thank you ladies for such a wonderful dining experience!

I’ve been to a couple of red lobsters, but this one was the worst I’ve visited. It was really dead when we came in. It also smelled kinda funny. The lobster tank was broken so there weren’t any in there to view (not the fault of the restaurant at all). 2/3 employees that we came across were really nice though!

I was picking up my to go order, so I can’t say anything about the wait staff. However, the food I received was not stellar. The grilled lobster I had paid $25 for was TINY. Literally smaller than the size of a baseball. Idk how you can actually sell that? The garlic butter shrimp was thrown so haphazardly into a container that it spilled out.

Overall, the food wasn’t great. I really wanted to like it, but it was just disappointing. I was hoping that there’d be a lemon slice somewhere in the bag but nothing. The lobster tasted rubbery and the garlic butter shrimp was so small and tasted just salty and a tad dry.

I used to love Red Lobster. I’m not going to give up on the chain just yet. I am trying to stay positive about this being a one off experience for me.
