We went at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday and the place was empty.

We ordered Lobsterfests plus appetizers.

Except for the biscuits, all of the food was previously frozen. The lobster was all overcooked. The Lobster Pasta au Gratin tasted and felt like it came out of a boil in bag, straight out of the freezer section in Walmart. The Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster was rubbery and unbearably salty.

We took home 4 of the six mains we got, as we were not enjoying this very overpriced meal. Our daughter tasted the meal and couldn’t eat it either.

There was no excuse for this, the place wasn’t busy and you charged a lot for this very low quality food. You guys have lost the bubble, no wonder the restaurant was empty.

We won’t be back.

My husband and I came a couple weeks ago for a early dinner we were seated in a booth in the bar area & we had a wonderful waitress name Loretta , we both ordered the Fish & chips & it was was delicious! Loretta was very pleasant and checked on us a lot & she had everything perfect! It’s like she read our mind when we needed something! Thank you Loretta for your friendly on point service! Loretta has been serving us for quite some time and she is truly one of the best representatives of red lobster that the establishment has to offer. I highly refer her to all my friends and family members to join us all the time the manager and everybody else is so nice. This restaurant need to be closed they never have enough servers and manager definitely not managing well !! My family of4 set in lobby for 12 Minutes no one greeted us, so I had say hello where’s manager she was passive aggressive speaking u need wait 10 mins there were over ten booth clean and available I had left so uncomfortable with waiting went down 15 mins to 700 North congress ave Boynton Great Service not like this one !! Trust me pass by this one ….

I placed a curbside pickup order at Red Lobster for 12:15 PM and arrived at 12:22 PM. While the staff was very kind and courteous, I was disappointed to find that my order hadn’t even been started when I arrived. It was only after I walked inside and asked that the order was finally prepared.

The purpose of placing a scheduled order, especially during a limited lunch break is to save time. Unfortunately, the delay caused me to lose my entire lunch break by the time I got back to work. While the food was great, I ended up having to eat it quickly at my desk. Since it was seafood, I felt uncomfortable eating it in the office environment.

I truly appreciate the friendly service, but I hope the team can improve the timeliness and curbside order process moving forward.

Great food, came out hot and hot and immediately my mouth started watering. The back of the house staff did a great job on making the food. The bartender made drinks to perfection and tickled my taste buds. Over all super happy to have picked this location. Keep up the awesome job!

Lily is wonderful; helpful and smiling while she charms me ! My fillet was perfect – charred on outside as I requested. I had to send friends pictures of the food. See pics!

My family and I went to Red Lobster and had the opportunity to be served by a wonderful woman named Angie. She is hands down the best server I’ve ever had and if you’ve seen my reviews, you know I can be a little biased! Angie made sure our food came out on time, managed multiple tables effortlessly, and still made us feel seen and taken care of the entire time. We truly appreciate her, and we will definitely be back and only asking for Angie going forward!
