We were there to celebrate my aunt’s 80th heavenly birthday. Our server was Jenika and another young lady amongst other servers, Jenika being the lead she made sure our experience there was memorable. We did reserve the day for a certain amount of people, however family members kept popping up, Jenika and staff handle it with ease. We had a wonderful time which actually turn into a mini family reunion.

The three of us ladies went to the Red Lobster by my house in Fort Pierce. The only reason we went was to try the Bairdi Crab legs. We had a horrible experience there. There were black and yellow Home Depot storage bins in front of the hostess stand, waiting for a hostess, then her telling us there’s to a 10 minute wait at 1pm because there was only one server, to them telling us 25 minutes into salad, biscuits, and drinks, that they were out of those crab legs because of it not being ‘crab season’. I should have known from the grass being up to my knees that it was going to be bad. We called this location, and they double-checked for us before we made the drive to see if they had the Bairdi Crab legs. My mom’s friend lives in Boynton so it wasn’t an hour and a half ride just for that.
We arrive to a totally different atmosphere. Everything is updated; the hostess was very sweet.
Our waitress comes to the table, Alexis, and she was so friendly. We told her why we were there and she really amped it up. She was the most accommodating. I think she may have gone back and told the cook (or manager) about our experience in Fort Pierce and how far we drove. He couldn’t have been more apologetic for their service. He made sure everything came out perfect for us. Alexis had things on the table ready to go before we even asked. She was an amazing waitress. Everyone there had a smile on their faces.
I posted my Bairdi crab legs in my review for Fort Pierce and I will post them here, ‘crab season’ or not. They were amazing.
Thank you to the staff at this location for such a turn-around experience. When we come down that way, this will be the spot to go.

Janeal is awesome!!! She took our entire order for 5 people without paper said it back with. Confidence and poise, she was so great with my kids, attentive, and polite very funny. We will definitely be back to this location to see her! Thank you team for a great evening after a hard day at work!!

Enjoyed a freshly grilled hamburger, I know, who eats a hamburger at Red Lobster!? Absolutely would recommend. Perfectly cooked, well seasoned, on a buttered and grilled sesame bun. Lettuce on the bottom to ensure no saturation from the burger. 10/10.

Mom had her favorite coconut shrimp. Always amazing.

My experience at Red Lobster was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hostess set the tone immediately with her warm and welcoming attitude, and my server, Mariah, exceeded every expectation. She was incredibly attentive, consistently ensuring my cup was never empty and checking in at all the right moments without being overbearing. When my Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo arrived, it was served piping hot, juicy, and full of rich flavor, clearly prepared with care. Before I even finished my meal, the manager, Anais, stopped by and was exceptionally sweet, pleasant, and genuinely reassuring that our visit was a great one and that we were receiving top-tier service. This was my first time dining at Red Lobster in three years, and thanks to Mariah and Anais, I will absolutely not let that much time pass before returning again. Thank you both for delivering such an impressive and memorable dining experience.

The Salmon with roasted Brussels was delicious!!!!! Absolutely going back. Service was slow. Not enough staff. Hope that gets rectified.

My husband ordered one of the Lobster Fest platters, and it was delicious & fresh. The biscuits, well we love those. Fresh Caesar salad crisp & cold. The food has definitely become more fabulous.

****UPDATE!!** They stated they can’t offer a refund due to the third party billing! ** What a joke. Horrible customer service.

WOW. Where do I begin. I have never tried Red Lobster before but I saw a commercial and decided to give it a try. What a mistake!
We order lunch when they first opened via Uber Eats. We order the following which was so salty we couldn’t eat it.
Lobster Artichoke Dip
Admirals Feast with hush puppies and mashed potatoes
Biscuits
Coleslaw
Garden salad.
Lunch was over $70.00. We called the restaurant 3 times and asked for a manager. We were transferred 3 times and it went to voice mail each time. Then calling back the 4th time a man answered (no name given) and had no care to listen to us. He said we can request a refund by Uber Eats. Well Red Lobster made the food and took NO accountability for the salty mess we got. NEVER EVER…..will I ever order from here again.Maybe train your staff better! A refund or a remake should have offered.
