I havent been to red lobster in yearssssss…YOU HEAR ME??? YEARSSSSS??!?? And the reason I came is because of the CEO DAMOLA. The way he has shifted the perspective of RED LOBSTER in the media is astonishing. He came to North Miami two weeks ago to speak at the TEACH TO FISH conference a few blocks away at FIU NORTH and he impressed me again. I came to visit and IRIS was my attendant. SHE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! We need a word better than EXCEPTIONAL. She is THEEEE BOMB.COM
Iris is super attentive, always asking if anything was needed, she was managing multiple tables smoothly, gracefully, with a smile and what looked like with ease. Not sure if she is on track for management or not but you need to consider her as a viable option for management. She handles her responsibilities with ease, is knowledgable and understands the core principles of customer service. DAMOLA: GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE AND A POSITION IN CORPORATE…ASAP’INGTON!!!!

My boyfriend and I ordered the Shrimp Linguini Pasta and the Shrimp Trio and both were delicious! Our server, Iris, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I also used my rewards app for a dessert item, and I thought it might be a hassle, but Iris handled it quickly and made the process super easy. Great experience overall!

Edmurd F was amazing! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure we had everything i needed the whole time. Food came out quick, drinks stayed full, and he checked on me just the right amount not too much, not too little. You can tell he actually enjoy what he do. Definitely made the whole dining experience better. I’d 100% ask to sit in his section again!

I haven’t been to this red lobster in about 6 years. Coming in today was a breath of fresh air. As soon as I walked in you can smell how clean it was. The host greeted us with so much joy and professionalism, and our waiter went above and beyond to make sure everything was OK. He was so well mannered and so nice! He made sure our bisquits were fresh and hot, and the food was amazing. Love red lobster!

We had a party of 7 on Monday. It was my mom 60th Birthday. Mr. Horace the server assigned to us was wonderful. He made our table feel welcome. He acknowledge everyone of us individually. He was very knowledgeable of everything on the menu. From drinks to desert and he asked us before hand if w had food allergies. Everything was wonderful and he did all that while he had 4 other tables. Great server, great attitude, and phenomenal communication skills. Our host Sherline was very nice and helpful as well.
