We came 2 hours before close but by the time we left it was pass close. Service was quite terrible this night, despite the restaurant being half way empty. Drinks took forever to come and we never got biscuits until I requested them when our entrees finally showed up. My jambalaya was served on a dirty plate, appetizer shrimp was not clean, hair in the food, curdling drink, and waiter was talking to coworker the whole time, never checking on us, it took ages to get drinks, good, and even the check. Others started vacuuming around us despite closing time not nowhere near. Not the best, the host who greeted was a sweetheart but server sucked. Server name was Terri, nice but unattentive.

Let’s start off by saying our server, Jicielle C. and the restaurant manager, Shane, elevated this review to 5 stars. We don’t usually “do” chain restaurants but we came for the birthday reward and of course, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Anyway, we dined out at least twice a week all year long and Jicielle took charge right off the bat. Her superior customer service, knowlege and attention to detail was above and beyond. Shane gave us some extra attentive care when we let him know we were here for a birthday celebration. Anyway we can’t say enough good things about the folks here at the Daytona Beach location. Living here in Daytona Beach, and it being a tourist destination, and Biketoberfest we weren’t expecting much. So, onto the food. Everything was really quite good. We started with the stuffed mushrooms appetizer which was just ok. For entrees we had the Grilled shrimp and the Lobster and Shrimp Linguini. Food rates average but the service was the really standout reason for this review. Great job Jicielle and Shane and we’ll be sure to recommend this Red Lobster to our friends and neighbors. You know we’ll be telling them to ask for Jicielle…if she’s available!!!!

I had a fantastic dinner at the Port Orange Red Lobster tonight! Everything from the food to the atmosphere was top-notch, but what really made the night special was our waitress, Stacey. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks and those famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits never ran out. It’s rare to get such high-quality service these days, and Stacey truly went above and beyond. If you’re heading here, definitely ask for her section!

The service at this restaurant exceeded my expectations, which I really appreciated. However, I found the food to be just average, especially considering the prices. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in the quality of the dishes. Additionally, the atmosphere felt a bit too dark; a brighter ambiance could enhance the overall dining experience.

The food was delicious and served hot. My margarita was only ice and syrup. I went to my car to get some tequila to add to it myself. (Just left liquor store)
The waitress was ok, seemed like she didn’t want to be there that day. No refills offered, no napkins givens we barely saw her.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and brings a smile to your face. Food was outstanding. Hot and delicious! My only complaint is that the chairs and booths are very hard and hurt my legs and back.

Food was delicious; service was outstanding. Shane(manager) was welcoming upon our entering. Our server, Tammy, was phenomenal and made my belated birthday celebration one to remember. She was very pleasant, appropriately friendly & personable. Tammy was extremely attentive and anticipated our needs. She made us feel welcome, appreciated and like valued guests, making us want to return to Red Lobster. Without a doubt, Tammy was one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of dining with and being served by.

We stopped here today on our way home from a great weekend in Orlando, Epic Universe. We had Tammy as our server and let me tell you she was phenomenal! From the time we walked she was on it. Took the atmosphere and service to a whole new level. Loved her and all the staff were so nice and accommodating. Food was great as well. Has been a long time since we visited a Red Lobster but this will be a regular stop for us on trips to Orlando! 5 stars!!

I haven’t been at red lobster for a while but I’m on vacation and thought I would treat myself. I had the Lobster Lover’s Duo. It was delicious. Another reason it made it so enjoyable was my server Brent. He was very comical and very pleasant as well. The combination of him and the food made it a very special evening for me. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner or lunch.
