Good customer service is hard to find these days, so EXCEPTIONAL customer service is definitely a rarity! However, last night, I received excellent customer service at this establishment and I must share it. For starters, I was with a party of about 20 or 25. But the entire time we were there, Taylor nor Miranda (the ladies taking care of us) never lost their patience and were very mannerable and respectful our entire stay. Our requests were met in a timely manner – especially given the fact that we had so many people in our party and they were tending to other people in the restaurant simultaneously. Kudos to Red Lobster for having such commendable young ladies working there!!!!

Honestly a horrible experience all around. Waited like 5 whole minutes to be seated, sat down and had to repeat our order 12 times to the waitress because she didn’t understand our basic orders? It took 25 minutes for my husband to get his beer he ordered at the very beginning of our service. 45 minutes later (yes I timed it) our food came and halfway thru my son noticed the ceiling air vents absolutely covered in mold right above us. Men’s bathroom was absolutely drenched in pee. Overall just do not eat here, I’m sure they have their good days but today was not one of them, clearly.

Good morning, I went to Red Lobster on 13th and was met by the friendliest person. The associate told me her name was Miranda, she set us down and it was really great to know that the environment was so warm Christmas music playing and the place was really clean. It’s been a while since I was in the Restaurant, It was so clean. The atmosphere was great and I greatly appreciate how warm and friendly atmosphere. I love Christmas Tree

First there was a car blocking the unloading right in front of the doors, going the wrong way. No one was in the car. We walked in and the benches were full of kids and adults waiting.

We arrived at 3:55 pm and the guy said he was alone and someone was coming in at 4. We ordered a Diet Pepsi and water. He came back with two biscuits and one plate. Two more groups came and got waited on and got their drinks.

At 4:25 pm we got our drinks. Then at 4:30 the manager came bringing another Diet Pepsi. Just ordered more biscuits and got them faster. They were good and hot.

Got food at 4:40 pm, very hot broccoli was wonderful. Phone is ringing off the hook and no one is answering it. I ordered Flounder and it was hot but not crispy. Baked potato is lukewarm. My husband barely a little over 10 small fries. We reordered biscuits at 4:40 pm and got them at 5:00 pm. I was finished eating when they were brought out. The guy tried to get us to get dessert and laughed and said we wouldn’t have to wait on it.

Manager just came by with her pink mug, didn’t ask any questions about how things were going. I got my biscuits to go. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I wonder how they stay open.

I’ve been to this red lobster a few times now and overall I’m very pleased. The first visit the hostess seemed very overwhelmed but overall my experience was enjoyable. My second visit was without issue. The food was perfect both visits. My third visit, we had a new waitress. She was on her third week. Her energy was so attractive when she got the order wrong we did not complain. We took what she gave us and had a wonderful experience with her. I wish I remembered her name. She was full of smiles and I can’t wait to have her service again. The taste was a slight bit off this day but the service made up for that too. We will return.

After reading recent reviews of the two local locations, we chose this one. They were not busy and our server was also the bar tender. We waited 15 mins before she came to the table and took our drink order. The excessive waiting time continued throughout our visit. Getting refills, condiments, and our bill took unnecessary amounts of time. Customers around us who had another server were receiving excellent service. Both restrooms were unacceptable with trash on the counter and floor. The food quality was fair. Sides were cold and the crab legs and lobster were not good quality. The shrimp was good! We will choose the other location next time.

My recent visit to Red Lobster was fantastic, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Eva. She truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.
From the moment she greeted our table, Eva was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations and managed to be right there whenever we needed something without ever feeling intrusive. It’s rare to find service this exceptional. Our glasses never ran empty, and she ensured our endless Cheddar Bay Biscuits and main courses came out hot and fresh at the perfect time.
The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I can’t recommend Eva enough. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for her! She is a true professional and an asset to the Red Lobster team.

I had an amazing meal at 13th street. I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful chef Qua. The manager Miranda was all smiles. I had the bag it was seasoning wonderful. Everyone go and see chef Qua on 13th street Red Lobster.

The food was quality. The grilled lobster and Salmon was grill to perfection the shrimp buttery cooked prefect the broccoli were buttered with a moist tender texture. From the door to the sitting to food delivery our experience was excellent with warm smiles in times like these THANK YOU TYRA. #beyousis. BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
